kindly note, Due to non-functioning of our digital network a complaint was launched by us and a service engineer named Sheikh (mob no. [protected]) came to our place. He made us buy an entire new dish and LMB and charged Rs.1200/- for the same. The network started working thereafter. However soon the dish was non-functional again and we called him up. He came but said he couldn't track the problem and asked us to make a new complaint. A fresh complaint was made (Ref. no.[protected] . This time a new service engineer named Taufiq (mob no. [protected]) came and claimed that neither the LMB was new nor was there any requirement for the new dish . Also, according to him some screw had been taken away. He charged us with Rs. 150/- as his visit. Presently we have a totally dismantled dish with an old LMB, a complaint for which I launched. Please take a quick and immediate action for the same.     Hi All, I recently purchased the 4G dongle no. [protected]. While showing the demo, their salesperson Amit used the same dongle that I bought. He was getting the speed of 20-22 Mbps and promised me that I will be getting same or atleast 15 Mbps. I showed him websites and forums that Airtel has capping of 10 Mbps but he kept on denying and assuring that if I receive speed less than 15 Mbps, I will be getting full refund of my dongle. I have attached the screenshot taken for speed test on that day on my laptop from his dongle. After activation of my dongle, I found out that speed rarely touches 10.5 Mbps. Whenever I tried calling Amit after, he continuously kept on cutting my calls. I have registered complaint no. 53392521 within an hour after activation of dongle. Customer Service center assured me that my complaint was on high priority and will be resolved by 23rd Oct with an update in 48 hours. On Monday, I again called customer care as I didn’t get update in promised 48 hours. They gave me another number 53418202 and again ensured me that my complaint was on high priority and will be resolved on 23rd Oct. Person named Pramod visited my house on Tuesday(22nd Oct) and concluded that Amit has lied to me and Airtel has capping of 10 Mbps. He said that Airtel will surely do something to help you and update you by tomorrow. I called today on 24th as no update was provided. I found that my complaint was closed as Amit lied this time to Airtel telling that my mobile is not reachable. I had been contacted by Airtel person Pramod, got activation call, call on detail information and even today someone from Airtel called me to check if I bought the dongle. How can these many reach to me? Amit won’t confess his mistakes and is making excuse that my cell is not reachable. I strongly need an action on this complaint. Thanks, Jatin

    No Solution has been provided so far. Got call 2 times to hear my complaint. Haven't heard from them for solution so far. All complaints closed without updating me.

    As I said, no resolution so far. All complaints closed without communication or feedback. I got call from your representative who assured me for speed of atleast 20 Mbps or full dongle refund by 29th Nov. No calls have been made so far. Complaint number registered was 53916026.

    I guess that was also closed without providing me info. Speed is still same. No efforts are being made for refund.

    I paid your bill on time without making any arguments and was hoping something.

        I am an Airtel Landline customer for past seven years having Airtel No.[protected] in my Business firm called Indus pharma, 50/A, South car street, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, Tamilnadu, 629001.The above said phone number connection is inactive for last two days and our repeated calls and complaints to the local service people have no effect or even no response at all.we have called the following numbers[protected] and [protected] for more than ten times from yesterday itself and nobody turn up.It may be the wiring line fault or instrument fault.But the Airtel landline local service people who attending the phone simply saying unwanted reasons and delaying the action. Also we want to bring your attention that the phone instrument lost the display one year back and that too intimated to the local Airtel office at Chettikulam, Nagercoil and till date no response or reply. I am a pharmaceutical Distributor and I hope you may understand the difficulty of the inactive of a regular use phone connection in a business firm.I hope I will get an immediate remedy .           Its already been more then one week the touch point services people collected my id proof documents as per the conversation with them they told the service will start within 2 days but till now no updates from touch point services, from last two day i have been calling on [protected] but the ladies are replying will update you soon but no reply. NOW THEY STOP RECEIVING THE CALLS THE AGENTS FROM Airtel charging money and collecting documents from the people and not updating, how the people will trust them after giving all the documents might they will misuse with the documents airtel should take strict action against them i want my money back otherwise start my service asap.             This is to bring to your kind notice that A representative from Airtel comes to KPIT Sparta office on 26th September to offer Corporate CUG plans to Employee and charged Rs. 250 for a plan and plan he offered me was in 499 rental I was supposed to get 1200 STD minutes free, 200 sms and 1 gb 3g data along with he also promised me that My phone will be activated in 2 working days I want to bring to your kind notice that forget about 2 days representative (name Riyaz, mobile ni[protected]) stopped picking up my call and after calling him for more than 20 days my connection started on 13 october but to my surprised I was given a very different plan and was not at all what I was committed and I called Riyaz for this, he said it will be converted in 3 working days, but its been more than 10 days my plan is same and Riyaz stopped picking my call Request you to please look into this matter

              I Praveen a platinum Airtel customer using airtel numb:[protected] and DigitalTv ID:[protected] have a complaint regarding DigitalTv service, as on 18/10/2013 at 5pm i got a call from [protected] saying Horizon Airtel(call center) Bangalore providing a offer on ma DigitalTv which was inactive from 6-7months, provided offer is 1year subscription of south mega pack by recharging Rs1329 and same pack for 6month on recharging Rs640, Again same offer repeated from 3 different numbers provided below [protected] at 5pm on 19/10/2013 [protected] at 13:20pm on 20/10/2013 [protected] at 14:57pm on 21/10/2013. as per offer i recharged on 21st oct at 6:45pm. Now from 3 days i did not get that offer and my present package it showing economy sport standard & validity upto 8/03/2014(5months). its fraud i want offer should be provided within 24hrs or else refund of amount to ma account immediately. Reply as soon as possible..

                    i m sbi employee mr dinesh wasule from nagpur user of airtel postpaid corparate service using from about 14 months my airtel number[protected] in starting it was ok but in month of august internet bill came of rs1134 without using the internet and although many times i have contact airtel nagpur althogh without taking any action they continuosly alloted preesure to pay the amount at the earliest and assursed me that in 48 hours ur complaint will be resolved but till today my complaint is not been registered .and same next month additional amount of rs 2069 was been given AND MY SIM OUTGOING HAS BEEN STOPPED BY .THEM FROM ABOUT 2WEEKS... yesterday 22nd october 2013 i got a call from airtel number [protected] and by the airtel employee and she has put preesure to pay the bill and when i told her about my internet problem she talked very roughly nd started unnecessary arguement and not gave any result to my problem i want u to take neccesary action on my complaint and focus to my above words nd issue the action at the earliest the airtel employee was not capable of working in airtel helpline DINESH WASULE ASSISTANT MANAGER SBI CHHAONI BRANCH NAGPUR NAGPUR -440013

                      I did a 2 transaction on airtel money using standard chattered credit card. but unfortunately both the transaction got failed and amount was debited from my account. I called the bank they gave the transaction number which was sucessfull. please find below the transaction number below.

                        Dear Sir, Air tel stopped my internet services and claiming wrong generated bill, tried to cheat by not providing appropriate information regarding plans. Complaient Discription: I called to 12118 for 199 (2 GB plan with unlimited data) pack activation on 12 Oct for internet use. But 199 pack not activated by Airtel, on 18th I got a SMS and mail from 121, that you used 800 MB and its near to end of your 01 GB plan(previously activated plan), than again I called to 121 for 199 pack activation and I briefed him issue I had on internet plan last month. He activates 199 pack and tried to brief me on 199 plan, then I said I know the 199 plan because I got all plan detail from 12118 service. My service closed 19th Oct and 22nd Oct, the explanation given to me that your last data plan closed in between month that was a pro-data plan so your used excess data, and they said to pay rs 2900/- resume services, The issue in plan changes not shred with me by airtel representative, on 21st oct during my conversation with a airtel Team leader, he said your service will resume soon, and issue will be handled during bill generation. My internet services closed again, pl see why airtel is behaving like unprofessionally and anti-customer company. thanks vipin [protected]

                            Hi, My self paneendra from Bangalore, We have requested for new broadband connection on JUSTDAIL one of your representative from airtel had come to our place which is B2, 99 Nest, Muthayala Nagar, Mathikeri, Bangalore. 560058. On monday that is on 14/10/13, we have cross verified his id card and paid him 3300/- as broadband plan charges(I, e 1099/Month), On requesting of acknowledgement he said he will be giving the same at the time of installation that is by evening of 15/10/13. But on 15 when i called he said he will make it on 16/10/13 but from 16/10 he is not attending to our calls till day at last he had sent us text SMS saying he will call us back but dint call me yet. On calling twice or thrice he is switching off his mobile. As we are valuable customers of AIRTEL from past 4-5 years till day we dint face any issues like this.                                   Airtel customer care sells personal details for money. I already raised a complaint about airtel employees selling personal details to people they know...After that i got a call from airtel delhi a lady spoke to me and told me it cannot be done by airtel employee...I too believed and i never bothered...Again its happening a person who shows my msgs and call history of mine to a 3rd person...That person came and told me that a person who is having my all my message details and call history in his hand...He saw that a person from airetl customer care sent him all details that what time to which no. I got message, what time i replied how many messages i sent, how many message i got from which no, how many hours i spoke to particular no.Etc... Note: already airtel person spoke to me and told that is not possible and they are safeguarding their employees... 1. I spoke to an airtel ex-employee and asked about it he said it can be easily done and they can see all details that what time what message sent, received, called, received call, what no.Etc... 2.He also told me that even they can see and read all messages what and all i received and i sent to whom and what by just raising a mail that the higher heads telling that customer is fighting for message charges etc... 3.He is clear that if you complained they have to find who logged in to get my details but simply airtel is avoiding and protecting their employees... 4.Its conform that airtel customer care sold my details unofficial and the ex-employee told me to get that person and give complaint airtel can find out easily that who logged in to get my details... 5.He also told me to raise complaint to dot...                                     As per my conversation with Mr. Shaikh Salim Javed on October 22, 2013 I have been informed that I have called up and deactivated my 3G services and my text messaging services are working fine.

                                    I had called in 3 days back to deactivate my BB plan as I had my BB phone for 10 days and the plan didnt need to be renewed. It got successfully deactivated. I received an instant text message for the same. Then after 3 days, suddenly my active 3G service gets deactivated suddenly.
                                    Mr. Shaikh Salim Javed tells me that I had requested it while I called last time, however it was for BB services and the adviser clearly understood what I wanted and did the right thing by deactivating my BB plan accurately. Due to a system error AIRTEL deactivated my 3G and now they are saying it would not be activated.

                                    FYI, my 3G services were my replacement for instant messages through the internet as you were never able to fix my services for an SMS to be sent out which has been active since the start of the year. This year I haven't sent an SMS at all what so ever. Not even one.

                                    I have no option but to leave AIRTEL however to get a PAC i need to send an SMS, and not to surprise you, but my SMS services are not working.

                                    I have had to worst service from AIRTEL till date. I have been a customer for more than 8 years on 2 other connections.

                                    In the past years, I have found services been activated without request, deactivated without request and so on and so forth. This is a loot business being run.

                                    The kind of customer services I have received, I would wish to be a terrorist and blow up every employee working for AIRTEL without even thinking once about their kids and family as whenever I speak to any of them, they just bog you off. Tell you that they cant do anything. Whats happening has happened, and cant change. Cant activate services. Don't have manager generally.
                                    Circle team would call, never called as I have tried to call 10 times for the same issue and then finally given up.

                                    I swear to GOD, I wish every employee who takes salary from AIRTEL would meet with an accident

                                      I am using Airtel Prepaid. To make calls frequently to other airtel mobiles, i put booster or rate cutter plan. It is 97 for 28 days.(previosuly it was 30 days). Now they introduced new cheating plan in this rate cutter, mentioned that we have to call daily first call to some other number min of 2 mins. For that call rate cutter charges will not apply. Normal charges per sec 1.5 p/sec. So, we have to put 97 rate cutter additonaly to make active that stupid rate cutter, we ahve to call 2 mins daily(spend min Rs.2), then what is the use of this stupid plan ?.

                                        Dear Airtel...what are you thinking about the customers.. I submitted the documents to convert my Postpaid connection to prepaid connection regarding to number [protected] in chennai velachery, they gave me a new SIM.After that I got the signal of new SIM after "1 month". The I dialled to 59059 for confirmation around "25 times" but it is not activated yet to now... If you not able to serve to all customers then stop new customers, why are you playing existing customers ??
