Airtel — digital tv connection

This is puja jalan with an airtel dth connection (4 connection). My dth id is [protected]. Due to the cyclone which came in kolkata on 17 of april 2018 my tv connection got disturbed and there is no signal coming in all the four connection since that day. I have been calling in121 since then and have talked 5-6 times to the customer care executives but to no response. Everyday they are giving a new excuse. Neither any engineer came nor the connection. As per your rules within 24 hours any complaint register is solved and it has been 3 days since my complain (Complaint i'd[protected] but no response has come from. I would like you to kindly look into the matter and solve as soon as possible. Very much sad with your service may things go like this may be customers have to shift to some other brands.
