Airtel Digital TV — No signal complaint | |

I have a connection of digital tv vide customer ID No. [protected] installed at my premises. My registered Mobile No. is [protected].
I am drawing your attention regarding a complaint made by me for dropping signals 10 to 15 days ago. Your engineer visited my premises and told us that LMV is not working properly and he rectified the problem. Within few days namely after 2-3 days the same problem occurred again (namely no signal). I have complained about this and the engineer who visited my premises told me that your STB is not working properly and it needs to be replaced, and I had replaced the STB by paying another 200 to him. Now the same problem occurred and once again I had complained about this vide complaint No. 46183366. An engineer came again and asked us that the Dish should be relocated and I have to pay 400 for relocation of DISH. He had told me that 250 is relocation charges, 100 for joint connector (while I have enquired with your customer care the joint connector cost is 25). Now my grievance is, why I should pay again and again for the same fault i.e. no signal. Is not the duty of the engineer to check properly everything relating the same issue namely no signal. Why I should force to pay almost 1000/- (350+200+400). Should it not be the responsibility of service provider to provide break free signals with all its equipments (DISH+LMV+STB etc) to my TV. Kindly do the needful in this regard and if it is not possible, kindly arrange to take back your STB immediately. I have an offer from DISH TV service provider, I am ready to pay them. They are providing lifetime warrantee on STB.
Secondly, your engineer have no courtesy to listen my grievance patiently. They always is in a hurry. I am talking to him and he is asking “tell me YES OR NO” whether I am ready to pay 400 for relocation or not? Hope anyone will understand my problem and take immediate steps.
