Airtel Digital TV — not getting proper service from my service provider.

Our service provider is not providing us service properly. They are not taking our complaint seriously and just taking money from us everytime but our problem remains unsolved. We have communicated with them but still they are not showing any importance to us. We are not able to watch our tv due to this problem. Please see to it. We are facing very much problem.
