Airtel — disconnection of phone without my knowledge

My number got disconnected without my knowledge. I live abroad so no option to go to a store. I have this number for more than 1yr. I asked to get all communication in english but airtel does not respect my question. I can t call or receive calls anymore. My number is maybe given to someone else. Without asking me about it. If i go to india now i can t connect with my friends n family when i arrive. Very annoying bcs they have to pick me at airports etc.
