Airtel — Dissconnection of the sim on the grounds of ownership transfer | |||
It has been 5 days since my airtel sim got disconnected On 9th April 2015 Due to transfer of ownership to my family plan. Maximum time given by the company after the disconnection was 30 hours but still the new sim given by the airtel relationship center in dayanad vihar, east delhi is blank. All my documents are complete and i have to regularly visit the airtel outlet for the concern but they are saying in chorus that they are not getting reply from their back end team. I have mailed on [protected]@in.airtel.com 8 times in succession from my emal id [protected]@gmail.com and havnt got a revert from them in 24 hours though there max time for reply is 2 hours. I am facing huge losses as i cannot take calls from other party due to the disconnection of my sim and want to sue airtel for these anticipatory losses and want the activation of my sim as soon as possible to resume my work My airtel no.
