[Resolved] Airtel — Don't get data the balance according to special offer | |||
Sir, I am Sumanta Samanta, a valuable customer of Airtel. Today at 1:13am I was recharge my mobile no. [protected] from Paytm mobile apps, there is a special offer for my no is that 1GB 3G data for 12days at 51Rupees, but I don't got the offer. I was complain airtel customer care, but the senior customer executives Mr. Soumen Banerjee can't satisfied me but also he harassing me. I was got 1GB 3G data only for today night from 12am to 6am, which is already gone, so I don't use the data also. I would like to solve this problem immediately. The screen shot of the Paytm offer and the recharge receipt are attached with this mail, please check this, and give me reply as soon as possible. It will be thankful if my problem is solved.
