[Resolved] Airtel — Double payment of bill | |||
I'm nasira. I'm using airtel postpaid card. On may 31st i have paid my bill of rs 229 through my airtel app. The transaction was successful but it was not updated. So i thought it as some error and tried again. Again the transaction was done successfully. After that only i checked for my sbi account balance and found that the money was deducted twice and a total of about 458 rs was reduced. So please do me the favour and return my money to my sbi account. Herewith i have enclosed the screenshot of my payment history for paying the same bill twice. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have recharged my phone with 149rs but it was debited agin as 149wich is 298so do retrun the amount
Just because the app didn't update my bill payment, I made the payment twice.
