Airtel — dth installation amount refund

Hi,

Here Baldev Bharath S Mbl No.[protected] and Customer ID - [protected].

Its to inform you that I have paid INR1449 for Airtel DTH installation through online on airtel DTH web site, but we didn't receive any service on the same nither refund.

Reason:- As per our locality of airtel DTH operator in Yalahank Informed through phone call saying that there is a problem from cable operator of our area and they are not leaving any other dth installer to our area to Instal, hence your people where not visit to our house for installation even though after intimating the Idea of ours. so we asked for refund then the airtel people told to contact customer care for a refund. On the base of same till today 15 times I have called for customer care and 3 times discussed with manager levels, but still not yet got the refund on the same.
As per the scenario of law one, those people should provide the service if in case not need to refund the amount. but till today nothing has happened.
Hence you please take this on a high priority case and resolve it ASAP. here its already completed two months by paying INR1449 to Airtel DTH.
