Message received when i create my own plan "sorry! This top up is not eligible on your airtel digitaltv account [protected]-001. Please contact our customer care at thane toll no#[protected] or 12150 from registered airtel mobile (Toll free) for further assistance." when i call to above numer the call centre asist go to the website and create own plan due technical issue but on website there is fixed plans and i am not able to create own plan. The airtel dth completely false commitment give. Also the representative told me to rechare first 168 rs then you able to access 998 channel for create own plan. This mean you you to pay first but not get anything you want from us. Customer has to follow as per the company want.
