I have been fraudulently sold airtel xstream fiber connection by airtel sales person in mumbai ms. Riya. My connection application number is [protected].

I subscribed for airtel xtream 999 rs plan and pre-paid 3 months advance but after payment the installation team informs me that there is no fiber optic connection in my area.

I am looking for a refund of the entire amount and an apology from the sales team.

      With a heavy heart i want to inform you that i am unable to use the internet service provided by airtel. The reason is of grave concern. My data (1.5 gb) balance is drained out within few minutes of switching on the data. There is no forum to complain, no customer care number is available except for the ivr. This is disgusting, poor and full of non-sense.

      I have to put off my data balance to stop draining out of data. This is affecting my work from home, online classes of my son and many more. Please call me in my below number or provide me some number whom can be connected for solving my problem. I find vodafone and jio far better than airtel. Airtel is a tiger on paper. Bogus, useless, nonsense……. I don’t know what more to say about airtel -“the super cheater”.

      I will share my experience in social media with all my indian friends and my friends in overseas also.

        Yesterday i recharged my mobile using airtel app, of rs 219 but money got deducted but recharge not reflecting i mailed my question to wecare but again no solution is been provided,

          I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through net banking for rs. 379 on 23th july 2020 and received an sms with transaction reference [protected] and airtel1/del/prepaid txn#[protected] of rs. 379. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

            I accidentally recharged a no. Instead of my no. This happened two times today, i was using google pay, they suggested to contact operator. I have written an email as well. The text services says that

            This is to informed to the concerned authority that after waiting for a long period of time. I am writing this to you. From last 4-5 days airtel internet connection is bot working in our area. The speed which they are delivering is 2g and the recharge which we have done of 4g. From last may days i have many times i have tried to contact company but no response we have received. I have raised many service request but no resolution has been provided yet by company. People are fed up from this company. There is some problem in tower which they don't want to resolve. At last you are requested to take action and impose section of ipc which is applicable.

                  I have contacted airtel 3times to get my dth disconnected. But everytime they say backend team will contact, but none calls back.
                  I'm fed up of dth package. My prime concern was tamil and kannada channels along with few english hindi channels.
                  I have opted for some package at 493 per month but suddenly i was unable to view many hd channels but i have been charged. This s a great blunder.
                  And moreover i get very limited channels.
                  Videocon dth charges me 432rs per month for another connection in my bro home and trust me they have all kannada tamil telugu main channels. They have whole south hd pack.
                  So it's waste staying with airtel

                    I have been facing network issues in airtel for a while now. Most of the time there is no or really bad network, mobile data doesn't work properly, there are a lot of call drops, my phone is always out of reach whenever someone tries to call me especially when I am at home.
                    I had raised a complaint regarding this in the airtel thanks app (on 26th may) where they mentioned it will be resolved within 8 days.
                    After this, I also visited the airtel customer care office where they said that the complaint on the app is more than sufficient and they cannot do anything further.
                    The issue wasn't resolved and the app only showed that it's taking longer than expected.
                    now the complaint is showing as resolved but there is no change in the network. I raised a complaint again for the same issue and the same things are happening. it said 8 days and it has already been 14.
                    I didn't expect this kind of service from airtel.

                      I have booked FASTag through Airtel Payments Bank on 10th of July 2020. It’s showing Validating Order from that day till now and not changing / updating the order status and the Order is still not confirmed from their end after full payment and documents also submitted. Customer care have no information apart from asking me to wait. Atleast if they can provide the docket number or tracking number for Courier if it's shipped, but airtel has no information on that too. I suppose it was a blunder choosing airtel for this service especially. If this is the case now after installing the tag if we encounter any issues god save us. Kindly update the application with recent order status and also provide the tracking number so it will be easy for a customer to trace the same. Kindly resolve this issue asap.

                        I recharged for 98 rs data pack in a mobile store. Recharge is successful but i didn't get any messages or services. I already tried that amount in airtel.in website but it would done that's why i go to the store. Yet i didn't receive my pack. It makes me really upset.

                            Rs.598 was deducted from axis bank account [protected] by citrus payment solutions pvt ltd while trying to recharge airtel number [protected]. Even success message was received.

                            The account balance was expiring on 8/7/2020. The recharge was done on 6/7/2020. However, the service was cut off on 8/7/2020. After this we were told the refund will happen, so to recharge again. My daughter did a recharge of rs.379 on 9/7/2020 to my account, which restored the service. However refund of rs.598 has not been done by airtel/citrus!!! Payment done on 6/7/2020. Today it is 22/7/2020! We have waited enough!!

                            Airtel keeps asking us to call 121/198 but unable to get solution. I am senior citizen! Still i have gone twice to airtel store during this covid time to get solution. No one is willing to help. Unable to open service request in airtel app or on the website.

                            This is a horrible scam by airtel to loot senior citizen who have to struggle to get our money back. They are hoping we will give up and they can pocket the money!

                                These is the 2nd time i’m seeking help against airtel dth in 4 months. I had raised an exact complaint on april 30 which said: “i have 2 airtel dth hd connections for many years now. Every month i recharge with a minimum amount of about rs1500 on time without fail. However, every time the recharge is never refreshed & i have to call the customer care again & again to start my tv. This is such a harassment for any person because customer care is not easy to reach & it always happens when i sit to feed my kids. 1 of them is an infant & the other a toddler & i am a working mother that too in a hospital. So even during this lockdown i being a healthcare worker is working full time & then when i am with by babies this is what i face. Also there are financial implications as even after recharge i can never watch my tv for days. Above that my package is full hd & few normal & free channels but every time they change my package without my consent. I am left with no channels or few free channels. I am so so so upset because even though i have a huge balance in my account every time yet i v nothing to watch. This is how airtel treats it’s loyal customers & never has any agent or supervisor been proactive to help. I am so disappointed & do not want to continue with airtel and i want full compensation for this mental & financial harassment. My registered mobile no. Is [protected]” now today on 22 july morning i recharged again with rs1500. My 2nd connection was activated however the 1st connection was suspended even after recharge. It is still suspended. Last time a senior agent who resolved my issue provided me her phn no.[protected] & asked to contact her directly incase of any further issues, in the last 2 months of may & june as well i faced the same issue and she helped. But today she asked another agent to help me phn no. +[protected], however this agent only kept trying to convince me to recharge for rs 1500 more and it was clearly on persuasion of her senior (A male) who continuously kept asking her from behind to convince me for the same and that too without even bothering to place my call on hold or mute. What disgusting customer service is that. Airtel treats its loyal customers as garbage and never leaves a stone unturned to harass them. The agent instead of helping me said that it’s my mistake that i recharged for 1500 so the system automatically recharged 1 connection for 3 months and kept the other suspended and instead of helping me they shamelessly kept asking me to recharge the other connection for 3 months. I am totally totally fed up with airtel and sincerely request to take away their set top boxes and the connections and only compensate me not only for the financial loss but most importantly the time i lost and the mental harassment it caused.

                                My issues have not been solved yet & the ill behaviour of the tele executives is beyond toleration. They do not know the meaning of customer relations. I request urgent intervention of the higher authorities.

                                    I would like to request you to, kindly take a serious action against above subject. I’m here write the details, today 3.36pm i was recharged airtel mobile number via online was time i got confirmation message from 121 please wait for 4 hours (Here i attached) until now no response from airtel side. You know i’m right now under quarantine so i can’t go to outside for the recharge purpose. How many hours i’m waiting what network this one very cheep i need clear clarification about this and also need the explanation for delaying status confirmation with coustomr so i reqst to tri please do the needful support. I loose time and i face more difficult fore the same so who will take care about the responsibilities for my losses here i reqst you please pay compensation amount from airtel department because i’m trusted they given time so cheated and also after that time nobody can inform us so till now and i tried to called 198 same nothing happened so i need compensation for the same @ consumer team please check all details with valid proof and revert the needful information
