[Resolved]  Airtel — duplicate sim card not activated

i have an delhi airtel prepaid connection..number is [protected], my duplicate sim card is not been activated even after 3 days as i got it on 7 dec from airtel preet vihar branch whose phone number is [protected]..after numerous calls and multiple visit to the customer care preet vihar my query is not yet addressed...i got this number portable from vodafone thinking airtel is the best provider but to my surprise airtel is the worst service provider
