[Resolved]  Airtel — Duplicate sim is not getting activated

Hi Team, few days back I lost my mobile and blocked my sim and filed police complain for lost mobile. I raised duplicate sim request on 1-Jan-2022 which is supposed to be activated after 4 hours but it did not. I called every possible Airtel customer contact number but they failed to provide any insight on this but asked me to wait as my request was stuck in "in process state" and they said it will be processed so just wait. But on 5-Jan-2022 after taking 4 days I got the message that "my request can not be completed due to activation is prohibited for this user. Please get the request reprocessed." They did not give any details why my request is rejected So I again raised the request yesterday but nothing happened and it will again take 4 days to get rejection response. These people not providing me any details why my request is rejected when this is extremely urgent as I am working women and using this sim for more than 8 years and all of the application I am using is connected to this sim and I am using this number in my organisation due to which I am facing a lot of issues and completely blocked. I have to block my mobile which is only possible once I will get the duplicate sim activated and will get the OTP on that. I am not able to perform any transaction as all OTPs will be send on that number.
So please help me.
