[Resolved]  Airtel — echo over cell - network issue bangalore city

Hi guys,

I'm using airtel postpaid is having the issue with echo over calls. People are hearing their own voice over the call.

Contacted support on 24th june and they said they will take care in a week.
Complaint no: 77212716

As i haven't received any update, i called them after 10 days and they said the complaint is closed and they added notes saying there are issues in the area and need to install additional equipment to resolve. This time the support executive and his superior told they have escalated this issue and keep me posted on the progress.

As usual there is no update from them. I called the support again and they asked me to contact network support. I call them and they too have a canned response for me saying we don't know when it gets resolved. May be new tower has to be installed. Now this guys says it takes 90 days.

Airtel is cheating people with posting ads stating that they are the no 1 network and can not resolve a network issue in bangalore city.

Currently there is no resolution for the issue. They said no eta on the resolution.
