[Resolved]  Airtel — Error 536 in airtel

Iam getting an error 536 when try to dial *121#. I recently ported my prepaid docomo sim to airtel postpaid. I am not able to register for an account in airtel for online services and change plan. I am not able find my bill cycle and any other details. It showing enter a valid airtel number or "no service is
Associated with your number whenever i try to register"

Please send me my airtel no [protected] call history for may2017
Today, on 2nd June 2017 i have recharged 349 Rs/- to my prepaid mobile number [protected] . I have received " recharge successful on [protected] ; Trans ID[protected] SMS from 121. But its was not credited .
My airtel is showing error 536 and could not recharge
