[Resolved]  Airtel — error - sim not provisioned

Hi,

This is pavan, currently im in abroad from past 7 months. My whatsapp is active on my mobile number and i switch on this number like once in a month. Today morning when i switched on it says "sim not provisioned" and then after some time it lost the signal.

Please help me with this.

One of my family member went to the nearest Airtel store, clearly explain the problem to them. In my case they are unable to activate the same number as it is a prepaid SIM. They have suggested to move to postpaid so that they can activate the SIM. As per their suggestion my relative have submitted a form with details of him(should be an postpaid user) . After a day my SIM got activated.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

GEN X SERVICE have been activated on my mob no [protected] and it was renewedalso 3 time...please deactivate it urgently.

Secondly a Value pack have been activated on the same mob no [protected] pl stop it also and refund my all he amount.
