I have been using airtel from a very long time but of a sudden a message came from airtel stating that my out going service will stop onwards 6 nov 2018. But i already have ₹98 but also i have recharged ₹10 cause they asked me to recharge to continue the outgoing service, but still my outgoing service is closed and soon my incoming service will stop. Please resolve this issue.

    I have used the airtel no [protected] for last 6 month's suddenly i got the message that outgoing validity is getting expired on 9th nov even though i have that balance as 7.57 rs. We have dialed *121*51# to extend the validity but there is no options to extend the validity so we recharged for 10rs without any guidance. Now my account balance is 7.57 rs but i am not able to do any outgoing calls...
    Please help me to resolve this.

      I'm a old customer and I recharge my airtel number regularly. Still I got this message that my outgoing services will be stopped soon. I've read various complaints regarding this matter and even those people who got their number recharged, their services were stopped anyhow.
      Is this a new way for airtel to loot people because it can't compete with jio anymore?
      Kindly help. I don't want any of my services to be stopped.

        I contacted airtel for a new broadband connection. Airtel sales person asked me to pay for the required broadband plan, and i transferred inr 6007 online. Also paid inr 150 to him for further document processing.
        After constant follow-up for 2 days, they finally told me that the promised network speed is not available at my area, and hence they cannot provide the connection.
        I asked them (Sales guy and his supervisor) to refund 6007+150, and it has been 7 days of multiple follow up calls to the sales guy and his supervisor, but these have resulted in no fruitful scenario.
        Customer support has called me thrice, and told me the'll soon be sending the installation team! When i told the cs executive in the 1st call that i have already asked for a refund and cancellation of the plan, she said she'd update the information in the system. But apparently even that's useless, as the 2nd and 3rd calls from cs also said they are updating the status.
        Airtel is running some sham business... I am stunned at their customer management style.
        No idea as to when i'll receive the refund.

          I have been using airtel postpaid for about 2 years now and my plan was my family plan with rs 199 per year for a family member and now they have changed it to rs 99 per month without notifying me about it or taking any confirmation from me or communicating me.
          When i call them they just give some stupid answer and neither anyone is helping at their offline store.

            Hi,

            I have applied for new broadband connection in chennai three days before, we have paid the amount on time, but we are yet to receive the communication or any engineer visit.. We have called to the service center, they are said one engineer will be arriving in 24 hrs... It's now more than 48hrs.. The service agent is not picking the call either the engine... He is lying that he is on the way to our house for... But no one has arrived till then... How long this will take... It's a clean #... What's happening... We ahve tried reaching 121 no action has been taken yet.. Looking for your assistance and help... The booking request caf#4615375.

              Dear sir/madam. I am from uttar pradesh western up... My complain is about your new policy to deactivate the incoming call form not have been recharge in my account.. Incoming call deactivated but many people have more than one sim airtel so... Recharge only one because recharge all sim their was loss.. So your new policy is not good please change the policy... If you don't change the policy you may not long live in the market its my personal opinion for you... Because more competior in market... Thankyou

                Airtel has changed his plans. It is very worst decision by airtel. Please make plans of small amounts also. All people cannot recharge for big sum. But this will make people to leave using their services. I hope airtel will do something regarding this. Already their services are getting worse, so i request them not to just think about them. People will use their services if they are good and have good recharge plans

                  Hi all,
                  I am on international roaming to usa and airtel incoming and outgoing services are not applied on my airtel phone number ([protected]). I have activated my international roaming pack on the mentioned phone number and complaint to the airtel customer service but seems they are not listening to there customer.
                  Please help me to get addressed the issue on priority as the ir packs already activated on my phone number for zone b but still i can't make any outgoing calls and receive calls.

                    I am using airtel 2gsim no.[protected], i want to upgrade my sim 2g to 4g.in this connection i am going to sim upgrade to airtel shops at my city. But they demand money to sim upgrade rs.80. Previously also they demand money rs. 150 about my airtel no.[protected]. That time i am given a complaint to airtel store/distributor which located in my city, that's name, hanuman prasad soni, hanuman trading company, sirpur-kaghaznagar-504 296. Today also they demand money. I call to airtel call center but that person also tell the same. How much amount the distributor demanding, you pay and take upgraded sim. That's way i am sending this complaint. Sir not only that store total kaghaznagar and other places everyone demand money for sim upgradation. So kindly look the matter very seriously and solve the issue. If not mo body can upgrade airtel sim, and so many my friends and realitives change network to mobile portability free off cost. I am also looking the same. I am waiting for your reply.

                      It has been 1 year since complaining regarding airtel - volte for motorola z play.

                      Recently airtel has added more than 6 motorola devices.

                      You can check on www.airtel.in/volte.

                      Why airtel is not concentrating on premium high-end devices like motorola z series?

                      Even mid-range moto phones have airtel - vodafone volte.

                      Recently worlds biggest android phone maker google pixel has released airtel - vodafone volte for there devices after getting massive complaints from users in google forums (Xda reported)

                      Can you please discuss with airtel technical support team regarding this and can you please solve this issue soon, because we cant connect & receive call fastly on 4g network, switching is slow from 4g to 3g / 2g. If volte is there then we can connect call fastly by 4g network.

                      Kindly please release firmware for motorola z play.

                      I hope you understand this situation.

                      Now please atleast say this, will motorola z play get airtel volte or not? Atleast reply this.
                      Because, if your response is no, then i will sell this crap lenova, cant wait anymore.

                      Its hard to accept that 25000₹ device is not supporting airtel volte.

                        My airtel sim [protected] of tn circle had a life time validity when i purchased it about 9 years back. But had received a message that it is ending soon. Please let me know what i should do increase the expiry time.
                        If not possible as to how to get back the amount in the sim. Is it possible to transfer the money to vodafone sim.

                          Selected channels in the active package are not working since 2-3 months.
                          Contacted to customer service but helpless, everytime they will send support engineer and change 150 rs for visit. Still there is no solution after visit engineer will say contact to custy service and vice versa.
                          Please help in this case. They are just making money out of it.

                            I am facing airtel network issue from last 3 days.
                            Its really irritating after paid for prepaid package of rs. 500/- almost 10-15days before n still not able to use the data n network as well.

                            Its really disgusting, now i am sending this message thru my wifi network.

                            Airtel stop making false advertisement of india's best network n all.

                            Its really like making people fool.

                              outgoing & incoming service is closed

                              I have been using airtel from a very long time but of a sudden a message came from airtel stating that my out going service will stop onwards 8 nov 2018 and my incoming service will stop after 17 nov 2018, i have recharged ₹20 cause they asked me to recharge to continue the outgoing service, but still my outgoing service is closed and soon my incoming service will stop. Please resolve this issue....

                              I had subscribed for 6 month airtel broadband connection. Airtel team somehow changed it to 12 month and asked me to pay 5700 more. After raising the complaint 3 months ago no one fixed the issue but closed my ticket. Now they have disconnected my internet. On raising it with team. They agree that its fault in their system. But noone is willing to fix it

                                Recently moved to dubai and from past 2 months using airtel international pack.

                                I recharged international package for 3997rs on[protected]
                                Prepaid provider: airtel
                                State: karnataka
                                I am not able to make calls.
                                This is happening second time
                                I wrote mail to customer care but no response.

                                I got recharge successfull message too. Neither am getting incoming calls nor i am not able to call india number

                                Hoping they resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                                    I have used the airtel no [protected] for last 8 years - no problem. Suddenly i got the message that outgoing validity is getting expired on oct 31 even though i have that balance as 80rs.
                                    We have dialed *121*51# as instructed to extend the validity but there is no options to extend the validity so we recharged for 10rs without any guidance.

                                    Now my account balance is 90rs but i am not able to do any outgoing calls...

                                    Even incoming is going to get blocked on 14th november.
                                    Please help me to resolve this.

                                    I also faced this problem . So i applied for porting. Then customer care executive called me and told you have to recharge every month 35 rs. Its good to switch other network rather using this.

                                      My airtel outgoing services got expired yesterday (10/11/2018). I have nearly 26 rs balance on my phone and use it quite frequently. Despite that it got expired and it says incoming too will expire on 25/11/2018. Could you help me resolve this issue. I want to know specifically how to again revive my outgoing services. Will recharging now help to renew the services?
