My mobile no. [protected]. I have received message from axarwinf which reads: please note. Services on your airtel mobile will be valid till current pack validity. After pack expiry, it is necessary to reacharge with unlimited or smar1*51#. Another message says "your o/g valid till 05.12.2018". I have a balance talk time of rs. 191. Please clarify me why i am being cheated. I am a practising advocate. Immediate rectification is requested.

      Hello sir/madam i got a call from air tell online jobs so they told me to fill forms in last time as i agreed to it they told me to pay 2000 as registeration then 2500 to agreement n so on they told to pay totally i had pay 15000 to them now these pupil r just saying some. Reason n the unit paying me d salary also dm as aakash many details r there can u help me out to take my money back please request u to. Respond

I went to airtel store for resolution they told me the data has been sent through server but data not receiving. Can you please check and help me out much appreciated.

          Dear airtel
          Iam constantly facing issues in my location.
          I called 100 times to airtel only to know that they will the problem soon it's been like 3 years no action on your end.
          Although there is 4g voltee already introduced in our locality (Greater noida) but due to know no network coverage i can't make call from within my home. There are several people facing the same issue in my locality.

          one more thing i don't why your website airtel.in you can't check status of your complaints as you used in last 2 years . There is a problem you can't select complaint type so no complain status is shown.

            We, as a customer feel cheated by airtel for sudden stoppage of service validity of prepaid sim cards.
            I got msg that services will be stopped (Outgoing& incoming and then lose number) if not recharged with monthly pack.
            This is cheating.
            I spent ₹200 for lifetime validity recharge in 2008 and got lifetime validity till december 2037.
            That amounts to ₹449 today considering inflation rates.
            So if they are abolishing the services then give back our validity recharge amount first.

            Secondly they cannot compel us to recharge every month. Because not everyone is wealthy and also there are times when we don't use services like exams for students or any health issues etc.

            Third thing is most o[censored]s have dual sim phones. And some have more than 2 sim cards because they belong business in multiple states.
            So in this case, do you want to make customer recharge each and every sim with monthly combo pack??

            This is unacceptable.
            Airtel has cheated customers.
            You can't compel us to do whatever you want.
            And if you really want to do that., then refund all our money that we spent back in years for service validity recharge..

                Issue about airtel network. It shows 4g on notification bar but actually it cant speed up any site as fast as expect. Airtel says fastest network ever by ookla but when i test it on speedtest app of ookla. Its say network problem. When i test jio its connect to speedtest and gives interet speed result but airtel cant connect. I use jio also its working better and fast. What should i do for about network and speed.

                  My network is not working properly.. I am facing this problem from last night.. It is getting converted from 4g to 3g and i am not getting enough speed as i was getting earlier i have recharged it weeks before and i was not facing this problem earlier from last night its not shifting to 4g and once it is shifted then on 4g internet is not working so i have to use this 3g speed when i had a recharge of 4g nd not getting enough speed

                    Bharti airtel activated first mobile no on 10 oct 18, second on 12 oct 18 and amazon prime video on 29 oct 18 as per 649 plan. They generated bill for period 26 sep - 25 oct 18 with charges from 09 oct 18. I asked them to generate bill from period 09/ 10 oct 18 till 31 oct 18 and thereafter from 1st to last date of month. Also, i asked them to credit my second no balance amount which was airtel prepaid to postpaid change, as per their scheme. The call centre saying cant help and the nodal and apellate officers mobile and email ids indicated on airtel and trai website are incorrect. Have been making emails and calls daily and they promised that they would escalate matter to resolve. However, there has been no response from them for about 10 days and last two days they deactivated services of the two nos. How can they do like this? They are at fault for not having in place a grievance mechanism and dictating their own bill period especially when the mobile was not activated during that time. How can i take legal action against them? Please help.

                      Hi,

                      I have paid inr 448 for 82 days and added additional inr 800 to activate international roaming for canada on my mobile number - +91-[protected] but both my offline calls and data aren't working. I am not receiving incoming calls. 121 doesn't work and i don't find any other way to reach out to the airtel team to resolve my issue. When traveling abroad, it is lot more important to stay connected to handle regular tasks. Visited rogers office in ottawa, your partner in canada to resolve it but they cannot help from their end. Extremely dissatisfied when trying to connect to your customer service. No connect.

                        Csc digital brand services has been informed that there is currently fax numbers involved in the phishing scheme targeting vendors of bechtel global corporation. They have reported us that one of the victims faxed the numbers provided on the fake credit fact sheet in order to process the fake bechtel credit application. The vendor was tricked into thinking they were communicating with the real pcl, etc. Csc digital brand services has received numerous complaints and e-mails regarding the telephone numbers listed below:

                          Please note that i have a balance of rs. 634 which has a unlimited validity.

                          Received a message today saying important update - outgoing & incoming service on your airtel mobile number 98xxxxxxx has expired. To restart, recharge now, dial *121*51#.

                          This is totally unacceptable to keep my money which they are blocking forcing me to recharge for a unlimited pack. They are claiming that they have upgraded their policy and it cannot be changed.

                            I migrated my airtel postpaid no to prepaid. Before migration the airtel executive assured me that i will get lifetime validity prepaid plan with no minimum recharge required. The call is recorded on my mobile. After the no was migrated from postpaid to prepaid, the person at 198 callcentre told me that lifetime validity plan is no more. I will have to recharge my no after the expiry of the running recharge validity. I had been misled by airtel.

                              My airtel outgoing services has been expired inspite of my remaining balance is 39.46rs. I could not able to make calls but i can receive as of now.

                              This is the below message which i got for expiry.
                              "important: outgoing services on your airtel mobile [protected] has expired on 10-nov-18. To restart the services recharge now. Dial *121*51#"

                              I tried dialing *121*51# to extend the validity but there is no options to extend the validity. I tried to call customer care numbers but that's also not working.

                              I need immediate resolution or soon my incoming will also be blocked.

                                I have complained many times to airtel that i don’t receive your bill. I also dont get any ebill. I have asked airtel to give me only paper bill. They have never sent me any paper bill and because of that either my landline get disconnected or they charge me late fees penalty. They haven’t done anything yet. They dont give me any bill. I want you to look in the matter and ask them to send me paper bill always. My landline number is +[protected].

                                  Ir roaming plan 30 day validity 3999 inr

                                  This is regarding airtel billing, user ir charges even though the user is in the 30day period for which user already paid full amount.
                                  Amount was paid prior to validity expiry. User tried to stop auto renewal for the same pack from next month bill. Airtel says that deactivated the pack within the validity period expiry

                                  Below is the full details.

                                  I activated my international roaming pack for 30 days on 26th of
                                  October (Last month)

                                  The activation was done by a customer support technician on call. He
                                  Also explained me that its valid for 30 days from the day you land
                                  Abroad and costs you 3999/- inr. Also he mentioned the fact its auto
                                  Renewal and needs to be deactivated to stop if from getting charged
                                  For subsequent months.

                                  I was charged 3999 in my last billing cycle. For which i paid prior to
                                  The bill generation.

                                  Today i got a message my current international roaming due is 4860
                                  Inr. I am still in my 30 day cycle and still got charged.

                                  I called the cc rep on phone, he said you deactivated last week, so
                                  The 30 day validation got terminated. I tried him explain him and tell
                                  Him the reason i clicked remove the pack (From my app) is to stop it from getting
                                  Auto-renewed for next billing cycle. He doesn't seem to care and keep saying even for 1 day we will charge you 3999.

                                  Its a one-time payment plan and its supposed to be active for the full
                                  30 day cycle. How can you gets get the full money and say you
                                  Cancelled it so we stopped it.
                                  Also who gave you the right to enable ir roaming on default. I didnt
                                  Get a single message saying it got deactivated nor i got a message
                                  Saying you are charged for the usage. Till i got to the 4860 inr.

                                  Seriously? What kind of advertisement you put to cheat customer
                                  Saying its a 30 day plan and one time chargeable still wont provide
                                  The customer the the benefit for 30 days.

                                  I will need my 30 day validity restore for the reminder of the 30 day
                                  Period and any charges accumulated needs to be put against it.

                                      We could not even connect calls to our students. We are also using a card swiping machine for collecting fees. We are unable to even swipe our swiping machine. And most of our employees are using airtel mobile network only.

                                        Recharged one of my family members mobile twice with the same offer twice unknowingly from 2 different locations on the same day.
                                        Called customer call but no use. System should be intelligent enough to credit back or extend the same offer to next month.

                                        This is very bad on a telecom gaint airtel.
                                        Expect airtel to build intelligent software and be customer friendly.
