Airtel — everything looked promising, initially. | |||
Hi i use airtel. It's a new sim card cos people told me they have good data packs. Unfortunately, i had done a recharge for ₹499 and have not received data ever since. I also lost balance from my main account. My phone shows i have 4g available but i can't receive or send or browse anything. Its almost 3 days now. And i've already called up customer service people around 5 times. Yet there's not much response. Poor response. I'm planning to port my sim to another service provider. Airtel needs to work on this issue soon before they lose a lot of customers and vodafone or jio gets them. Was this information helpful? | |||
