Airtel — excess amount bill | |||
Sir, i am a customer of airtel postpaid with number [protected]. I am presently using your 499/- per month plan since last 4 months, but i never got bill of 499/-, it is always above that and i am paying that extra amount from last 3 month. Last month my bill was 1000/-, i called your customer care n told them regarding this, they told me that their are value aided services activated on my number, though i didnt asked for them they started on their own but i ignored that paid whole amount and also deactivated all that services, but this month you have given me a bill of rs.2634/- which is totally irrational, this shouldnt be the way and not the write thing to do with your customer and as i didnt got proper response from your side i already complained regarding this matter in national consumer helpline with complaint number 385653. I also want to port my this mumber to vodafone as i lost trust in your company becuase of this fraud. Was this information helpful? | |||
