This is Regarding complaint towards postpaid number [protected], I have made an excess payment of 500/- Rupees toward airtel Postpiad

My number has been blocked on 22nd December, Since then they agreed to make the payment within 45 days, I have provided the required documents towards this blank cheque, a copy of bank statement and agreed to credit the amount in my bank

I am regularly following up but not getting an resolution for this, Really fed up with airtel Service my SR number is SR67763810.
