Dear Sir
We have Corporate (CUG) plan and having around 200 mobile number of airtel post paid connection. My is concern is for mobile no.[protected]. We have free 512 mb internet monthly usage in our plan.

That, we are using this number since last 7 years.

We received our Bill dated 03/12/2015 ([protected]) attached annexure-A and its consolidate Bill attached as annexure-B in which airtel have charged
internet usage excess by Rs.929/- plus taxes thereon. They shows Free charges Rs.4, 194.32 less in Rs.5, 123.60 resulted bill increased by Rs.929/-

We are attaching our another CUG numbers ([protected]) Bill as annexure-C & D vide its Bill No.[protected] dated 21/06/2015, relationship no.[protected] in which you have discounted internet usage of Rs.5, 037/- and in our this number i.e. [protected] they have discounted only of Rs.4, 194.32 into amount of Rs.5, 123.60 resulted increased Bill by Rs.929/-.

I have requested them so many times to see the matter and send us corrected bill so i could pay and use its interrupted services.

As it has cheated us by imposing fake internet charges/usage and as much as in our another number you discount Rs.5, 037/- of internet charges (below use of 512 mb as per plan) and in our this number you are charging on above Rs.4, 123/- and showing excess use by 512 mb.

Please do the needful in our matter and oblige.

    Advance rental plan

    I have purchase 6 month advance rental plan, after one month the plan was converted into monthly rental plan, i dont know how it was happened, when i ask
    Airtel refund my money, they totally refuse. Wifi Data no.[protected]

    Its starts from here: We have to travel abroad from India to UK for 6 months.

    I was not aware for the tarrif and charges and was using the Airtel number from last 10 years.
    I called the 121 line for Airtel Customer care and we discussed the same for an hour and finally he asked for how much time is your visit, I said 6 months.
    The Analyst asked me to go for 999 package where the charges as per him is 30 mnts incoming free and SMS free per month.
    No one informed this to us that we need to enable the package again after 25 days.

    They said "OK we are activating this as per your request and every month you will get charged with rupees 999 on your Airtel Postpaid bill for +91-[protected]"
    "Please call 121 to deactivate
    Then we got bills for worth rs 11000 and 8000 rs INR.

    I called the 121 line and it was informed that we are not in this package and that is why we are charged with this much of amount, and from that time we are in calls with them and lots of communication has been placed for the same and finally i asked the team to go ahead listen to that call and see if that Analyst provided us this info.
    There was no response in this but they are simply ignoring this conversation.

    The team Airtel called me that they are ready for waiver for rs 2950 and then they changed that today 1300. INR
    All i want this to be corrected and charge me what was communicated.
    Also they send me lots of inorrect stats for bill as well.
    We are completely mis-communicated for the same and i am not ready to pay such bills as this is something needs to be corrected.

    Just for an update again i m using this from last 10 years and also most of my connections whether its DTH or Internet or Broadband I always prefer to use Airtel.
    Looking foward from help with you in this.

      The sales manager (Mr. Ajit and team-[protected]) at Airtel Malad (East), Mumbai gallery gave a fake plan and influenced me to apply for portability to join Airtel. He gave a lucrative family plan for 3 of my members altogether and once the portability is done I found that the plan that was offered to me is fake. In spite of regular follow-up with Airtel through emails, phone calls and personal visit to thier office at Interface-7 Malad (W), Mumbai, Airtel csutomer care has no answer for my compalint. The call centre staff, the helpline at number 121 and any other customer care executives response is so pathetic that I am now compelled to believe that it was a complete error of judgement on my part when I agreed to go for portability and take up that fake plan. I am not sure whether placing my complaint on this platform will resolve issue. However, I would strongly recommend to reader of this complaint to not to choose Airtel as their service provider, remain away from any lucrative offers / fake plans and sales staffs who have intentions to cheat people. Airtel - please wake up before the upcoming competitor sweep away your feet from ground.

          Dear Sir,

          I got a missed call from [protected] at 11:04am on 05.02.2016. Assuming the importance of call I immediately called back and from other end I heard a male voice saying about Insurance marketing...I immediately cut the call and found that I lost Rs.14/- at once.

          I googled and found that +92 code is related to Pakistan. Yu are requested to stop this type of calls. Please take this matter very seriously.

          » Do not respond to any suspicious missed calls from unknown numbers.
          Do not get lured into any financial transactions or divulge any personal information like IMEI, Bank Account number and other information to callers offering prize money or lottery winnings. Also do not respond to any instructions to dial an international number to get the prize money.
          » This luring may also be done through SMS messages offering prize money and seeking personal details on a specified email ID. Please do not respond to these.
          » Do not respond to any SMS/Email from unknown sources prompting you to call on a number or go to a site offering free download of content/movie clips/pictures.

            This is regarding refund of Rs.3800.71 from Airtel which i made excess payment by mistake on 28th Dec'15.

            I have requested refund of Rs.3800.71 on 28th Dec'15 against the complaint no.66964516 which was not resolved and closed.
            Later I registered one more complaint for the same issue against the complaint no.67031513 on 2nd Jan'16 and still I have not received the amount.
            I have contacted the 121 and appellate team lot of times but nothing happened and every time they are asking 48 hrs time to resolve the issue.

            Finally when i requested for the status yesterday 04/02/2016, they simply created one more complaint on the same mentioning like, it will be resolved in next 48 hrs

            Please help me to resolve the issue and do me the needful

                I change my Airtel PrePaid 2G Sim to 3G and I give my Photo and ID proof to Airtel office at Alappuzha. After one week I got message that I have to give Photo and ID proof to Airtel office or your connection will Bar. I already give my photo and ID proof to them. After that My connection is Bar. When I approach Airtel office they are not giving proper answer. I am using my no for official purpose and for internet purpose. Now I cannot do any thing because of this. Pls solve my problem.

                      Can you tell me how can Airtel issue sim without photo id & address proof?

                      I was call on call center but no one tell me the perfect reason.

                        We customers of Bharti Airtel Ltd. since 9 years with the numbers mentioned below:

                        In which the first number is our MD’s, and that is very important primary number in our Business which is been registered to every NET Banking login’s, OTP’s, Business leads and so on. Hence we do pay the bill properly every month.
                        But the number is frequently barred stating the number exceeds the credit limit, hence we have raised the request for credit limit increase with the reference number SR67202898. The credit limit is now been increased from Rs. 500/- to Rs. 2000/-.

                        Now the number is completely barred with incoming and outgoing facilities.

                        We have received the Bill amount for the number [protected] in the bill period 20-Oct-2015 to 19-Nov-2015 as Rs.530.94/- and 20-Nov-2015 to 19-Dec-2015 as Rs.545.14/- attached the bill copy of previous 2 months for your reference.



                        If this is the case, then how come our previous outstanding bill amount will be increased to Rs. 9, 190.85/- such suddenly in the next month bill for the bill period 20-Dec-2015 to 19-Jan-2016? Please verify our previous bills that there was no mark of bill amount that is been raised for Rs. 9, 190.85/-.

                        Also as mentioned earlier, we have credit limit only for Rs. 2000/-, then how come they allow to use our services till the outstanding reach Rs. 9, 190.85/-.




                        When previous month bill amount is Rs.545.14/- and current month charges is Rs. 280.55/- “Bharti Airtel Ltd.” is completely cheating the customers as mentioning they have best error free billing process to produce such bill amount to their valuable customers.

                        For last 10 days we have been frequently receiving calls from “Bharti Airtel Ltd. Customer Care” for the payment of outstanding amount. Due to which we requested for EBILL for the current outstanding with the Itemized Bill Copy.

                        This is been received after so long follow-up mails to Customer Care, where we found our number is been changed under another Account/Relationship number from [protected] to [protected]. Also please find the attached bill copy of the Account number [protected] which has only one number.

                        Due to their internal collapse in the Account number, Our MD is Mentally Disturbed since the bills have been properly paid to the number each and every month without any outstanding. And now his number is completely barred with both incoming and outgoing facilities.

                        Above mentioned all 5 numbers that we are using are paid perfectly on time even overall unbilled amount for the numbers has not exceeded more than Rs.2000/-.
                        We really couldn’t find what is happening with the “Bharti Airtel Ltd. Backend Team” to provide such faulty Bills and responses to the customers.

                        To prove we have enclosed the following documents, by which you could verify and understand our genuine payment of our bills promptly.

                        Previous month bills for the period 20-Nov-2015 to 19-Dec-2015 and 20-Oct-2015 to 19-Nov-2015.
                        Current month bill for the period 20-Dec-2015 to 19-Jan-2016.
                        Payment receipt of previous months of the bill which we have been paid regularly.
                        The various conversations that is made along the Enterprise Team of Bharti Airtel Ltd. Email Support process.
                        We have been tried mailing and calling to customer care executives where we do not get any resultant proper solution to our problem.

                        We require the service of the number [protected] has to be restored immediately.

                        Further, we do not require the service of Bharti Airtel Tele Service and want to shift our network through MNP to another service provider to all our numbers.

                        Kindly we request you to take necessary actions in resolving the issues.

                          This is Suraj Hayathbabu holding postpaid airtel number [protected] from past 9
                          years (2007). This month I have got a bill of around 2300 which is double the
                          amount of my monthly bill. I spoke to customer care executive on this issue and
                          got to know that my data usage exceeded beyond my permissible 4GB limit. For
                          approximately 400 MB excess data i am charged 1200.

                          I did not receive any kind of intimation or sms that my data limit is exceeded
                          and I am charged without any warning. Being a platinum and very old customer I
                          would like to bring to your notice about this issue. How can a customer charged
                          double the amount of bill without any prior warning about the data usage limit?
                          Request you to take this issue and provide me a solution as I am not happy with
                          the system.

                            I was visting continously for 5 days for Airtel Customer care Banashankari, opp to BDA complex. Daily they are telling stories they charged Rs 25 and gave me one SIM told that it will active within 2 hrs but nothing hapend, when i call customer care 121 they say go to customer care walking they will do it with 15 min. But this banashankari Aritel customer care is the worst people they don't know what they are reckless and don't care for customer and cannot resolve the customer complaints.

                              Yesterday we got updated our airtel settop box to HD but from today morning it is showing no signal on tv, i called the customer care executive on [protected] she gave pathetic service looking into someone others account and disconnected the call in between without any intimation 3rd class service from the service provider i want an imidiately solution on this and call me on [protected] or else i am going to launch a complaint in the consumer forum which will again effect badly on the company.

                                But after that day my previous operator deactivated my number and got ported but my SIM not activated.

                                I called customer care they told me that the SIM No i am having is different from their record so it is not activated and

                                adviced me to visit Airtel Store.

                                I visited Airtel Store Shopprix Mall Noida Sector-60 on 02 Feb 16 but they refused to help .

                                I emailed to nodal officer but still no reply.

                                The Service provided by Airtel seems very worst .

                                  I visited airtel showroom on 30-Jan-2016 (Sat) and applied for 999, 40gb, 4mbps plan broadband with 99 booster( unlimited local and std calls). The installation personnel ([protected]) came on 31-Jan-2016 ( sunday) and installed the same and provisioned 2mbps speed (account number [protected]). Upon asking him, he told that the additional 2mbps will be provisioned after 30 mins. Well, nothing happened on same day. I called customer care on 31-Jan-2016 and they said it will take 24 hrs to fix this. I called them again on Monday (1-feb-16) and reported this issue to appellate, 121 etc. via email as well. No action again. I raised a deactivation request on 2-Feb-16. Now, you have sent me an email stating that, it will be processed after 7 days and you will bill me another 7 days charges along with installation charges. Keep it with you.

                                  My Comments:

                                  It is the duty of the operator to do a feasibility test if the requested plan, service and speed can be provided to the end customer or not. if not, you should not provide or inform customer atleast. Instead, to make easy money, you allotted a connection with 50% of my eligible speed and charging 999+99+ taxes which is absolutely unacceptable. yes, i understand your business to get customers and cheat them. There is no need for any citizen in India to pay this money to get half of the eligible speed when there are other service providers like tikona, act fibernet etc.

                                  I want my connection to be disconnected immediately. I WONT PAY ANY COST TOWARDS INSTALLATION CHARGES BECAUSE, YOU HAVE NOT PROVIDED ME 4 MBPS SPEED EVEN ONCE AND I APPLIED FOR THAT PLAN. I will consider paying the rent and taxes for the period that i used till my date of deactivation request. If you want, you can sent me a legal notice, appoint any fake or original lawyers to give threaten calls, sent goons, start calling my frequent contacts. Once i get the above treatment, you will see more worse response from me.

                                  Well, there is no single fault i have done here except i approached airtel. I dont want any apology emails and calls and dont try your smartness and retention techniques. If the court of law in india says to pay you 1000 rs installation charges for a plan which i never requested, i will see. It is not about 1000 rs. It is about your cheating mentality that you do against 1000s of customers.

                                      I have applied for activation of My family plan for Mobile no [protected] and[protected], making [protected] as master no on[protected].
                                      Same was processed on[protected].

                                      As per my family plan, I should get a common bill for [protected] and[protected].but this month i got bill of Rs 584.83 for [protected] and Rs 605.75 for [protected].

                                      After going through the bill, It was noticed that the [protected] was converted to My family paln of Rs 599.00 however [protected] was not included in my family plan due to which i got a bill of Rs 605.75 for this no.

                                      After my request and also after getting confirmation from your end, how come the no [protected] was not included in the my family plan.

                                      kindly rectify the bill as i am not going to pay the amount of Rs 605.75 for [protected] as the mistake is from your end.

                                      Kindly take appropriate action or else i will be forced to withdraw these number from airtel.
