      The airtel app shows a special offer that recharge for ₹198 and get 36000 sec but it gives 15500 sec only. This has happened for me thrice. I couldnt even contact their customer care service because of not enough credit. So now I have to recharge again on a site which fools their customers so that I can speak to their customer executive about their mistakes and my loss.

          Hi, this is Mohammad Ali from New Delhi having airtel prepaid connection no. [protected]. I lost my mobile today early morning, hence, I want to request the Airtel team to please BLOCK this Sim card ASAP.

          Please guide me through the process of issuing a duplicate prepaid SIM card (if possible, with the balance amount from my previous SIM). I expect a quick solution to my problem with further knowledge of the procedure.

            I got a message that Rs.35 has been deducted from my prepaid balance for fashion shows oomph service after 5 minutes i again got the same message and again Rs.35 has been deducted from my balance i.e Rs.70 has been deducted from my prepaid balance without my permission.I never activated these type of service, then how it auto debited from my balance. kindly stop this unethical practises and refund my Rs.70.

              I am using airtel postpaid no [protected]. From last 5 to 6 months I am getting airtel adjusting so many fake call charges either by extra charges and making a high amount bill in each months. Just I am attaching here snapshots of few no details, you can see there so many calls happen only for 30s 15s 20s respectively. If you want to compete bill details then I can share you the bill also.I don't understand who will make a call only for 15s 20s only many times continuously on same number. Either they are providing a very poor network facility so that call going to drop just ater few sec only again and again, So why a customer will pay a single rupees for the failure call.

              It's really very difficult to manage with Airtel services. Just I have to pay few days ago of 3648/- Rs bill only for two months. but there after without any due they areadding 100 rs charges for late payment and adding so may fake calls again only for 20s 10s, 15s.

              Several times I have already request to customer care of Airtel to chake properly but they are not considering my request and also not provide me any satisfaction with suitable answer. They have only redymade answer like sorry sir we have no access, this is not possible from my side, this is the automatic service we can't do anything etc.

              I request here please escalate this case on higher priority against Airtel So that they never do such kind of miss behaviour with any customer. and also evaluate my actual bill only so that I can pay properly and feel relax. Just few days ago I have pay 3650 Rs and again I have a bill of 1650/- Rs only for one months and this is unbelievable.

              This issue yet not resolved. Even Airtel never reply or call to me for such issue. Even day by days issues are growing but there is no any accountability from Airtel but they need bil payment on time.
              Still I am not getting any response from Airtel Side, it's going on one week to escalate this case, but there are no any revert.

                    I recharged my phone no. [protected] for a 3G pack which had a 5 days validity, however I got only 4 days because of which my 850 MB data and few bucks was vanished. I have already made a compliant with Airtel however they are not providing any solution to it. On top of it when today I received a call from Airtel customer care from Nishant Anand, he straight away said that he would not be able to resolve the issue and would not escalate it further as well. Despite the fact that I asked him not to close the complaint because no resolution was provided, he did not cared about this and closed the ticket.

                    Airtel says that the recharge was done from third party hence they will not provide the full validity. It is no where written that they will provide less validity if it was recharged from so called third party

                        I buy Airtel DTH connection via missed call service by airtel.. After 20 days Airtel Representative call me via airtel landline Number[protected] and they said u got 1 month extra validity for using airtel services but when I contact airtel customer care for inquire that call from airtel or not the airtel executive said no call make from airtel and airtel representative not contacted you they said this Number is fake and fraud bcoz I have truecaller app it shows this Number belongs to Airtel office Pune MH but airtel customer care not accepted their own fault and issue. plz take action for this

                          I had ported from Vodafone to Airtel postpaid on 15.01.2016 with mobile internet pack, but still I can't access the mobile internet. Complained many times through Mail and customer care, but of no use. I can't attend my online transactions and suffering very much. The represents at Local Airtel store ( Srikakulam, A.P) are also not attending to my problem. My handset is in full working condition.

                          My problem still not resolved.. People from airtel technical team call me and tell, "please switch off and on your handset sir, it'll work now, we resolved your issue". But the problem still not resolved. How can I approach to resolve it.

                              On 10 feb, Airtel 129 store advertising that recharge 198 get 2 gb but given 1.5gb, i also told customers care but not solve the problem by told that updating process...one more complaint that recharge Rs28 get 1p/sec for 56 days pack but given 10p/min for 4 days

                                Recharge with Rs.52 for 1.2p/2sec on 8-1-16, then on 14th January & 18th January again Rs 52 has been charged form my account, after my request it stooped on 26th.thus a illegal deduction of Rs 104 from my account

                                similarly in the same mobile no-[protected] recharge rs 49 for 200 MB 3G data on 1-2-16 & again on 6-2-16 rs 49 recharged for 3G data and also rs 140 on on talk time, but on 12-2-16 rs.98 has been deducted from my talk time balance without informing me along with all the available balance forcing me to again recharge on 13-2-16 for rs140.
                                so being a disgusted user i have no option to switch over to another service provider

                                  Hi,

                                  Before taking the connction the airtel broadband team promissed me that then can provide 16 mbps speed and the installation feel will be refunded as I am already using airtel postpaid connection.

                                  But after I got connection, I really got surprised that I have got only 8 mbps speed. now they are saying there is no 16 mbps speed feasibility at my location.I have escalated to the top most level but still no luck.

                                  And now I didn't get the refund as well.

                                    I am a prepaid Airtel mobile service customer. I used the DND (Do not disturb) service to disable advertisement calls which were so disturbing.

                                    But now the most annoying part is that Airtel is now making me listen to their advertisement (now get 90% discount on recharge...) before they proceed to connect the number I have dialed.

                                    I would request TRAI to take necessary steps to ensure prompt telecom services. Its not about Airtel but any other service provider should immeidtely procced to connect to the dialed number and give standard tonal response as to wheather the number which is are trying to reach is getting connected or busy or whatever.

                                    I urge you to look into this as a matter.

                                      On 13/02/2016 between 9:45AM to 10:15 AM my call was dropped repeatedly for more than 5 times. Fed up with the call drop. Kindly resolve the same immediately, otherwise thinking of porting to other network.
