Airtel — Excess Deduction from Balance - [protected] | |
Reference is made to my call to Customer care at 13:24 on 08 Sep 14
asking reasons for the deduction of Rs 8/- each from my balance against
the 2 failed calls made to SBI Toll Free number [protected] at 13:21 Hrs
on 8 Sep 14. Your Customer Service Executive was very discourtesies
and the call was abruptly cut before hearing the customer full.
Two calls were made to the later known inactive Toll Free Numbers of
State Bank Of India and it was not matured. No sooner call ended SMS
text messages was sent informing about the last call charges as Rs 8/-
each. When contacted Customer Care their response was lukewarm
and call was ultimately cut off.
Requesting hereby to check my last call details and rectify the error so that
refund may be credited the account. Also please ensure your executives
who attends the customers to hear the complaint in full as it takes lot of
time to come to them and when they find it’s beyond his or her capacity
they should direct the customer to their Supervisor or any right person. Was this information helpful? | |
