[Resolved] Airtel — Extra charge for the period oct-5 to nov 4 | |||||
Hi Team, I have used data under limits only, but you have charged extra amount for the period. In my airtel app it was clearly showing I have left around 400 MB in my account, and I have subscribed 3 packs for the period(405 mb). So I have total 800 MB in my account. I have called to customer care between October 8 - 12 (not sure dates) and asked them about usage of post month left data. They said I can able to use post month data in current month. ( please review call data If it is recorded). Even I got email and message alerts like " I have left 50% of data in my account (attached copy)". If I have exceeded data limit how can I get email/sms alerts like I have left 50% data in my account? If I know data was completed in my account, definitely I should be in my alert ans can not use beyond the limit? This is completed airtel app fault/ customer care executive fault. I have not done any mistakes from my end. I am not aware of data was exceeded because of your false alerts. I am expecting overall 350 -400 Rs bill for this month but...I am shock I have billed 1004 Rs for this month. Please review bill and resolve it. I can't bare 1000 rs. for a single month and I may quit from airtel. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||||

Every time during the call I am facing issue, sometimes call drop and I am not able to talk to someone because of network disconnection mostly in all the areas near whitefield and bellandur in Bangalore.

This is regarding mobile number [protected] being used in an iphone 5. I have never been able to send messages from the 1st day I got the sim. The 'My Number' in setting shows UNKNOWN; the *#5005*7672# Call shows 'Setting Interrogation Failed'; I cannot set a new SMS Message Center #. By the way, I can receive messages
