I would like to put forward my case with AIRTEL postpaid.
I have concerns about my airtel bill with number : [protected] in the name of "Ritesh Bansal".
This is having a family plan for 999 per month.
I have attached the August Bill which I have concerns about.
You can notice that there is a 10 day international roaming pack applied on the bill on August 18, 2023.
I have never enabled this plan as my wife have not enabled this. We don't use the phone number majority of time. Is this system applied.
When I talked to Customer care over paid international line, after long hold the lady told me that nothing can be done. I need to pay to get that amount.
This is very wrong with airtel, they say that they will resolve any problems for customers and when it is actually required, they say this.
They don't have enough information to tell to the customer.
These charges are not which I have applied for, so I request to remove them from my bill.
