Hi! So i received a message from airtel that they are providing me free 10 GB data on a 4G sim+ 4G handset by calling on their promotional number. As soon as i called, i received 10 GB free data and here where the problem begins. I cannot open certain websites on google chrome like ( facebook, etc.) as it redirects me on this link http://one.airtel.in/rcconf again and again. Tried clearing browsing history and APN numbers. I had opted for Airtel postpaid plan of Rs 199. This was changed to 399 without informing me or without my consent. I never asked for this change. I just realized that I have been paying this extra unnecessary money for the last 8 months or so. I want a complete refund of this extra amount along with a letter of explanation and apology. This isn't the first time this has happened with Airtel....

Hi I am airtel customer for last 5 years, Earlier I used to get this "A$-TFAROT " pop-up messages some time with sms charges as 0.0, But Few days before when I recharged my airtel with main balance and an unlimited (call + sms+ data) plan, Then regularly from last 7-8 days I am getting this message with service charge of 5 rupees each day. When I called airtel customer care, they said disable your iMessage ( for iPhone users) to stop this...

Airtel is misleading by customers with their unlimited calling plans. I am not able to call any helpline numbers starting with '1860' with unliMited calling plan. For that I have to top up my number with extra money in order to call the helpline numbers. That too at very high cost of 2.40 rupees per minute. This is not fair. Other services like JIO includes these numbers starting with 1860 in their unlimited plans. If I am an airtel customer...

I had a very bad experience with the airtel store located in kammanahalli bangalore 560084. I lost my official sim and when went to apply even before the store closing time they said they can not do it and come to next day. Later i visited to another store near by where i faced the same issue. It was really embarrassing when they close their work even before the closing time of the store....

My prepaid mobile number [protected]. My airtel sim is not working.
I tried to take new sim with documents but its not getting accepted due to date of birth mismatch.

I recharged with 448 rs plan (For which i paid 398 as i had airtel coupon of 50 rs) and i got a message of successful recharge. However when i started my internet it did not work. So i checked on airtel app and it was not reflecting the new validity. So i recharged it again with same plan and still internet is not working and validity is not reflecting.

Kindly check and when resolved kindly refund my 398 as i need only 1 plan...

In my monthly postpaid paid bill for the periodi ending on 25 may 2019, i have been charged rs.74/- for calling 1860 series numbers in-spite of having a unlimited local and std calling plan.

On reaching out to airtel i was told that these are special numbers and i am liable to be charged inspite of having a unlimited calling plan.
However, there is no such mention in the tariff rates mentioned in my monthly bill.br...

I got an call from an airtel executive with (Number-*[protected]‬) on 25th may at around 11:45 am. They had called regarding an issue with my login to airtel money for which i had already raised couple of mails (Pfa the reference for the same).
That person on the call told that he had sent an otp to my number, and to share it with him so that he can reset mpin. After that otp was shared, he told that mpin has been reset successfully...

I have activate international roaming pack of 3999. But i am not anle to use it. It is urgent i need to make calls from china. Please reaolve this as soon as possible. I have my co.pany calls attached to this number. Also has my networks and social media is activated using this number.

Please make sure I am.able to use my airtel sim. It is post paid and I hoped it should work as I subscribe to the pack of 3999....

During my recent international travel observed my phone received whatsup msg, immediately switched off the data. But at the end of month when received bill of rs. 1200 against regular rs. 350, upon checking was confirmed by airtel that "international roaming was activated without my consent" in the name of pre-activated service. I have traveled to other country two months back, then never happened, but now they are saying it is as per policy....

Dear sir, this is dr anil kumar p, i lost my mobile so i blocked my airtel mobile number, so i visited nearest customer care for sim replacement/duplicate sim, they asked me to pay 150/- which is unfair, i said customer care said 25/-, they refused to listen, asked to go to mahbubnagar/hyderabad which is 20/100 km respectively. The text messages that company sends notifying 50% 90% and 100% data used are not consistent. I didn't received 50 and 90 % data used messages many times and directly got 100% data used message. It's like airtel is doing this purposely so as to force us to use their top up data vouchers which starts around 50 rs. Also there is irregularities in their app notifying about current plan and data used. Many times i couldn't use see how much data...

Signal issue in basement. Call drops every time. Internet is not working. It is showing only gprs on phone. We are facing problems since last few years. We have a big office space with nos. I m using airtel SIM card from past 6 years and i am recharging regularly for
unlimited pack.now .My no-[protected]..i am unable to call to particularly BSNL landline numbers..while calling, its saying number does not exist, where as i am able to receive the calls from the same landline numbers..and i am able to call the same landline numbers from other service providers like JIO and vodafone..why you are blocking my call to BSNL...
