duplicate sim not getting otps

I lost my phone a few day ago so i got a duplicate airtel sim. All the sim activities are pretty normal other than the fact that i was not able to get otps. It's been 40+ hours since i got the sim and i'm still not getting otps. I got the otp for paytm today but when i tried to login to instagram or amazon, i didn't get any otp response. My airtel sim is showing access error
Sim showing network
But i am unable to call or message
Why this??
This is happening since two days
I am not receiving any messages or calls
The sim card is 4g
I am unable to make calls
And messages
I tried reboot process but didn't work
I tried using sim card in another handset

post paid to pre paid conversion - a big torture and a pain to customers

As a airtel customer for over 12 years, i have experienced many issues with airtel and now when i want to move out of the country and request to close my postpaid and move it to pre-paid connection there starts airtels game.

I am asked to visit stores and in the stores the kind of negligence on you is a pure gamble by airtel to make sure customer doesn't go out of postpaid.

need outgoing call barring password

I am trying to make an outgoing call, it says that outgoing calls are barred.

When i checked the settings, outgoing calls are barred.

On trying to unlock the barring, i need the password.

The default password one-one-one-one or zero-zero-zero-zero or one - two - three-four do not work.

Please try to help me with the call barring password as this is really urgent....

deactivation of airtel dth

Despite reporting several times that we have stopped using airtel dth and replaced it by tata sky, we have repeated calls as to why the dth has not yet been recharged. They have no formal procedure as to how the services can be deactivated. There are continuous calls for the same and they repeatedly ask the same questions... Disturbing during unwanted hours....

Now it is cancelled without resolution. I want either my money back or my infinity plan back.

recharge was done but not working.

postpaid paper bill required for 1 month to submit as a address proof

airtel call manager app not working

I have subscribe for airtel call manager and downloaded the acm app. I have been charged from last three days for the subscription @1re/ day but still when i open the app its not working and it say click and pay to subscribe where i have already paid subscription fee. Kindly let me know how to resolve this issue or otherwise stop charging me for the subscription and return back the amount that has already been charged...

voice breaking during calls

Date 19 june 2019 time 16.26pm
But amount was debited from my bank account (sbi) but was not credited into the wallet..
It has been more than 15 days refund hasnt...

Ever since i had the misfortune of recharging my data pack for my airtel number, i can no longer visit any site on the internet without getting redirected to one. Airtel.in. It has become something of a torture, for it has been close to 6-7 hours and it still keeps happening. Happens on both my phone and desktop browsers (Chrome, firefox and opera).

I have reset all my browsers twice, changed and reset my apn data, cleared...

As soon as i called, i received 10 GB free data and here where the problem begins. postpaid connection plan changed without my consent

I had opted for Airtel postpaid plan of Rs 199. This was changed to 399 without informing me or without my consent. I never asked for this change. I just realized that I have been paying this extra unnecessary money for the last 8 months or so. I want a complete refund of this extra amount along with a letter of explanation and apology. This isn't the first time this has happened with Airtel....

misleading consumers by unlimited calling plans.

Airtel is misleading by customers with their unlimited calling plans. I am not able to call any helpline numbers starting with '1860' with unliMited calling plan. For that I have to top up my number with extra money in order to call the helpline numbers. That too at very high cost of 2.40 rupees per minute. This is not fair. Other services like JIO includes these numbers starting with 1860 in their unlimited plans. If I am an airtel customer...
