Airtel — extra service without consent

Sir i have two airtell no. [protected].in the name of bmshrivastava and[protected] in the name of rekha srivastava but without consent many services are added and amt has been deducted. There is no net in both if i phone to 121. Or198 no option is available to talk to executive of airtell. Now pl stop the extra services. Or not i have to port to other company. Which i don't want.
