Airtel — Facing signal problem

I have facing a network problem in last 7 years, first year I use on 3g handset and then customer care saying to change the 4g handset. Then I will change the 4g handset again this I am facing. Aug 18, 2023 raise a complaint in airtel customer care to end of the date September 5, 2023, yohr compliant will close, then not issue will come. after September 5 2023 compliant not closed, I asking customer care not closing your compliant, still active, wait sir your compliant will closing earlier. then september 30 compliant will closed, but problem not solved, still I facing the problem. I asking customer care, customer care saying your problem will solved then only compliant will closed.

I have attached airtel complaint register number and end of the compliant date.
