[Resolved] Airtel — failed prepaid mobile recharge | |
Sir/Madam, I performed a prepaid mobile recharge of Rs. 399 (txn id:[protected] on my airtel mobile number xxxxxxxxxx on 02/01/2020. The said amount was debited from my account but I didn't receive any recharge benefits. Kindly look into the matter at the soonest possible. Looking forward to your kind cooperation in this regard. Jan 2, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Received a confirmation message in the form of an sms after registering the complaint. The message stated that the recharge was successful and the recharge benefits were availed. Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |

Paid the bill thru sbi bhim upi on 5th dec 2019. till date either the payment is not credited to merchant acount or nor refunded in my acount.
