"I have made payment to airtel prepaid mobile number of AP & telangana circle using Indusind credit card (platinum) .The Transaction shows successful in Indusmobile app where I had done my recharge but the same is not reflected on the airtel number(even in the myairtel app) which shows no recharge done.The amount of Rs.2498/- was debited but recharge not reflected. I called Indusind customer care.They confirmed that the transaction was successful from their end through email INDUSINS Transaction details: 1. Transaction date : 4.11.2020, time: 12.23pm. 2. Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Nov 20, 2020 Updated by suvarnaadhi I also mailed to [protected]@airtel.com wherein they asked all my credit card statements, sms but to my utter surprise they said they cannot see the third party transactions.They have taken all my confidential information to say this absurd reply.I also mailed to [protected]@in.airtel.com after talking to airtel customer care when they gave us this great advice.These guys are superb.They dont even reply til date.more than 16days over .This issue is still pending.My last resort is to approach a legal platform and sue airtel for making me go through agony, wasting my valuable time, effort for this small issue.
