Airtel — Fake mobile plan being marketed | |||||
I migrated from Vodafone to Airtel (post 15yrs) of being with Vodafone ONLY because the airtel marketing executive told me about the 4GB corporate data plan ( with 4G connection). Post activation to my rude shock I got to know that the plan given to me is only on the call ( MYPLAN 199) and no data plan. Since then have been following up with the airtel supervisor and there is NO RESPONSE. Pathetic accountability & unable to comprehend that such a reputed company can CON gullible customers Was this information helpful? | |||||
