Airtel — fake registration for airtel payments bank without consent. fake registration for gst india

I received otps and messages successfully registering for airtel payments bank when i have not applied for it at anytime. It is linked with my email id also. This is completely without my knowledge. I also received a message for successful registration for gstind with arn aa[protected]w. I have not given for any registration.
These registrations for airtel payments bank or gstind is without my knowledge. I called gst helpline number but they said that i have to submit complaint in consumer helpline.
