Airtel — false account suspension charges | |||
Dear team, Airtel dth is making false charges on my dth account since last three months. 1. I upgraded my base pack from 199 to 300 last month. But they charges 315 as base pack value was changed without any notification. 2. After my recharge of base pack, airtel dth charges me 15 inr. Customer care representative said, my account was suspended as i have used my balance and have not recharged my account in advance. They charging me this way since last three months. Request you to escalate this issue to proper authority to fix this issue. So many customers like me are cheated this way. Was this information helpful? | |||
