Airtel — False charges against unwanted internet usage plan | |||
I'm having a airtel postpaid conection on [protected] number. This airtel customer care executives calls me for feedback and complaints regarding there services. And after answering them them impose that they have activated a free internet mobile plan for me. I have immediately denied for this kind of activations. And although I'm using a non-internet nokia phone. So there is no interest for me. This has happened 2 to 3 times. Now in my airtel bill they are charging me internet usage charges, which I never used! I need some strict action to be taken against this kind of mandatory impositions.
