Airtel — fastag activation window not displaying in airtel thanks app | |
Sir, i received my fastag on 20th Dec 2019. After receiving my fastag i tried to activate it on airtel thanks app. I tried these steps to activate it- 1. opened my thanks app 2. tap on bank icon 3. tap on fastag icon but after clicking on fastag icon i didn't find any activation option. it is still showing order shipped (screenshot pdf file attached) that's why i am not able to activate my fastag. i have attached screenshot for your reference.
