I ordered fastag from airtel on 21 nov 2019. And shipped on 30 nov and today it's 15 dec but i haven't received my fastag. From today it's mandatory to apply fastag on vehicle. I want to ask airtel who will pay double fees on toll plaza. Its my mistake that i ordered it from airtel. I need urgent action against my complaint.. I also registered compaint in airtel and my compaint no is 4510617.

I registered a complaint regarding my fastag but I got no response from airtel.Everytime I called on customer care number the only response was please wait for two working days .it's more than a month now but I haven't received my fastag.please look into the matter

I purchased Fast Tag through Airtel App for MY Car HR 26 DU 6920. After Purchase, it was activated and i done one transaction on this card but after one transaction card was deactivated and then i contacted to airtel customer care and he said that we are sending a link to you and you have to upload RC on this. After Uploading od RC, it will be activated. But when i upload RC on this, payment of RS. 450 deducted automatically from my airtel app account without any OTP and a new order was placed . I contacted to customer care for the same to cancel this order and activate my existing fast tag but they said that we have not any data of your old fast Tag . We have data of your new fast tag which will be delivered to you within 14 Days and we cant cancel this order. Now, nobody is responding for the same. You are requested to please look into this matter. Its totally Fraud.

Airtel services are pathetic, there is no option for airtel fastag complaints on customer care no 400 / [protected] . I have ordered far fastag on 21st Nov 20 today is 11th Dec and till date my order is not shipped. In airtel apps there is no option for canceling the order.

My Airtel Fastag account is blacklisted at NPCI by airtel bank in spite of having sufficient balance. I wrote to wecare customer care and made 100+ calls to Airtel customer service. Airtel does know how to resolve this issue.

Worst Airtel service...govt should take action aginst worst support on wallet n fastag...lot of frauds n dissatisfied customer !
Yes, Airtel fastag orders looks like a fraud.
Ordered Airtel fastag a month back and the status is still 'Validating Order'.
it's same with one of my friend too.
Wrote multiple mails to airtel customer care, no use - they just reply with fixed format and ask us to wait.
And there is no option to cancel the order too. Pathetic!! that too from a very reputed company.
I was applied fast tag of my car UP16BB5565 on dated 24 december 2020.

But yet it couldn't not delivered and no updates given by airtel. Many times mailed but no positive response given by airtel.

Hi manoj, i m also applied from July 16, 2021 thru Airtel app, but till now it shows validating order, after so many complain no result.. i think they r doing fraud we should took action.
As per Airtel Thanks App, my FASTag is "Inactive" state and AirtelBank customer care suggested me to apply for disable existing one and raise request for new one as it was not used for last one year.I didn't travel last one year due ot covid issues.

As they their suggestion, I raised the complaint and sent them required documents. So far no update on my cases and no proper update when i calll customer care.Due to that i could not able to travel.

Airtel and paytm fastags are worst. Their fastags system is far away from being perfect. I crossed the toll and airtel fastag didnot work so i had to pay in cash. After a day airtel fastag showed Rs 203 outstanding on me and deactivated the fastag. I called airtel custom care pathetic. Mailed to them anwer was Rs 495 pending on me. Instead of resolving the issue they asked me transaction details i mailed them the cash receipt to which they replied their system does not ahow anything. Always go for icici fastags since banks have much better transaction systems
