[Resolved]  Airtel — Fed up of Customer Care response -Pathetic.

I regret to write mail that inspite of calling customer care I am fed up of the Pathetic response from the customer Care and end up with no solution. I had wastage of time again and again and I am sorry to say that every time I am getting a different solution of the same query again and again.

Facts of the Query:
I had made a call on 24 Sept 2016 regarding the offers and accordingly As per the discussion with customer care I had changed my Plan from 899 rental to 499 rental and along with the activation of 4GB internet service by charging additional Rs 100/ in addition to rental which I agree accordingly the activation is done. The service request no. for the above is 33692330 for your records.

Then on 7 October 2016 I had called the customer care addressing inspite of the 4GB internet free data is allotted it is not showing in my airtel APPlication. They have told me there we are unable to provide the internet usage they had communicated to me that can offer me 1 GB free internet usage in 499 rental which is included in the plan. In addition I had to pay additional Rs 100 for which they can offer me 2.5 GB internet other than that.

As per recent customer care communication dated 18.10.2016 around 13.45 to 14.12 p.m. I have told them about the issue that I am getting data usage Alert every time I m using the internet from Airtel. Also in Airtel App there is no track of data available and data consumed due to this issue I have not used the internet and as of Now only 102 MB data I have consumed but the limit allotted is 4 GB. The response of the customer care is that you have been allotted unlimited free internet usage and please ignore the message that you have received about the usage of internet.

Analysis of the Solution given by Customer Care of the Same query:

Please confirm what the internet plan is activated as per the 3 to 4 commitment of the same Query given by the customer care

1. 4G 4GB Data with additional charges of Rs 100 in additional to 499 plan dated 24.09.2016 having service no. 33692330
2. 1 GB Data free 4G internet included in my 4990plan and additional 2.5 GB will be allotted if I pay additional Rs 100/- dated 07.10.2016
3. Unlimited Free internet 4G is activated in the plan with 0 rental which in line with Reliance JIO and will not be charged any rupee.

In the end I am unable to find the solution since the commitment you had given is again and again differ due to this I am unable to use the internet and is very scared since you might charge unnecessary charges to me hence I request you to give in writing the details of the plan and commitment from your side of the query.

Please provide me the suitable solution else I have no option other than to switch to other network with a better plan and good customer service. My portable no. for the above is AM498831. Please let me know accordingly I will take future action on the above.
