This is a final and urgent complaint regarding my Airtel Air Fibre request and the pending refund of ₹500.
Your customer support experience has been extremely poor and unacceptable. I have made multiple attempts through calls, email, and even visiting your Vishrantwadi store, yet there has been no proper response, no accountability, and no resolution.
To summarise:
• Airtel accepted ₹500 for a service
• Airtel failed to provide the service due to its own limitations
• My repeated requests for cancellation were ignored
• The request kept getting auto-rescheduled without consent
• Your app does not work properly for cancellation or updates
• Store staff refused to help and redirected me without any ownership
• Customer support has been ineffective, unresponsive, and unhelpful
This is a complete breakdown of service and support.
I am again clearly stating:
1. Cancel my Airtel Air Fibre request immediately
2. Refund ₹500 in full without any deductions
3. Provide written confirmation of cancellation and refund
I expect this to be resolved immediately. This kind of experience is unacceptable from a company like Airtel.
