Airtel — for adjustment of payment | |||
We (Hanshal holidays tours and travels) is complaining about the air tel company as we are facing issues in regards to their services. Let me illustrate you about the issues completely On 2nd, august 2018 we have made an advance payment of rs.7200 to bharti air tel pvt ltd via cheque no:[protected] of vijaya bank (Rajarhat branch) for the broadband services the representative claim us that we are making an advance payment for 6 months, however when we have started using their services they claimed us that we need to pay the amount due for using their services and has stopped our services, when we are speaking with their representatives (Call center support) they are saying that we need to pay the due amount, so please look into the matter as soon as possible.
