Customer ID: [protected] For the past one week, Vijay TV is not working in my home. To get assistance, I was trying to reach customer care. After multiple times, I finally reached the customer care executive. I explained my issue and the I was told that the setup needs to be adjusted by a technician and they would charge me 150 Rs for the same. I asked why do I need to be charged when there is no issue from my end and other channels are working too. They did not care for what I was speaking. Once I say something all they respond is "Sir do you want me to send you a technician or not?". it seems like most of the people facing this issue. please resolve this issue ASAP.
