Airtel — fraud promise and incorrect information

I ordered an iphone from airtel with 7777 and 2499*24 plan.
This is the second time i have ordered the phone
Like previous attempt they did a fraud promise every day
Time is being passed i did not got any delivery yet, just got an call from airtel call centre saying that my order stuck due to some issue
And they are clueless about delivery date,
Its complete fraud from airtel
