Airtel — Fraudulent behavior of management:- unresponsive at critical times

I took airtel 100 MBPS connection
to run CCTV surveillance system for the safety and security of my House members 2 of whom are senior citizen ladies (73+) and my sister.

However
The Internet installed by them had problems right from the get-go and behavior of Management has been very rude, impolite and highly UNRESPONSIVE at critical times putting our whole family at risk.

They seem to operate in a planned fraud kind of behaviour where they call you that they will fix the issue and then disappear never show up and eventually disappear.

In particular Sunilji who is the manager hardly responds and is not at all accountable for this failure of airtel WIFI

1.FRAUD
They gave me a 100 mbps conection however until few days back Vishram came home and created the 100 mbps line.I have been paying fot 100 mbps line but getting only bad internet at 20-30 mbps

2.Internet / Wifi trips all the time, they don't care about your complaint and eventually they come fix something in the box outside, wifi is back then from next day the wifi is gone and the same infinite look.

3.FRAUD / Misleading airtel app
They (Airtel Team) asks you to raise a complaint from the app. However, the airtel app, they have removed the feature of raising a complaint. Instead it takes you to a chat which closes by itself .Manager Sunil never responds so it closes all the doors to formally put a complaint.

4.Aggressive and Offensive Behavior of the workers particularly Vishram. Once he heard that we have complained to the higher authorities in airtel he got aggressive on the phone threatening me and then they closed the complaint and did not fix the issue

Also RamKishan Mena is very very rude and does not answers the queries of most simple inquiries about the root cause of the issues, managers name etc.

Vijender is also scammer who lives in the same street as myself but never shows up despite sending multiple reminders

5)Intentionally interrupting and Playing with the BOX outside that controls our airtel connection.

6)Not providing the Official Airtel Store address which covers my home

Resolution is simple.

1)Written Apology from Sunil ji who runs this kind of scam
2)Immediate resolution of the internet issues at my home, , TRIPS and frequent interruption in service
3)Compensation of so much un necessary Stress in dealing with their Team
4)Refund and cover for lost project/Time/Stress because of consistent worry over safety of my home
5)Items lost/stolen that could easily be prevented if CCTV worked fine.
6)Accumulation of all the above factors until the date issue is resolved.
