Airtel — fraudulent motives and abject neglect with regards to my issue. | |||
I had ported an idea sim to airtel based out of siliguri under the prepaid plan. The sim (Airtel) was handed to me wrapped and stapled in a piece of paper. On activation i realised that i was given a postpaid connection. On visiting the airtel store non of the staff offered to resolve my issue. The sim was blocked and now i am left without the sim. In my place there is no Airtel signal please do something...my place is moodekallu road, duggaladka post, sullia taluk, south canara district, Karnataka state

In your television add you told that there is network everywhere but in my place there is no network, there many Airtel users there.if they want network they have to go far to call, so please fulfill our need
