I booked a airtel broadband connection on 11 september and i have already paid for it rupees 1769 my registered mobile number is [protected], Xtream fibre ID [protected], order ID 21-[protected] . But when the engineer came to install it they said it could not be installed at my address and assured me that i will get my refund back but i have not received it yet please help me to get my refund back .
