Airtel — getting distube from vodafone no need to block that no

Please i am requesting you to that i am getting disturbance from one vodafone no need to block that no. I already blocked from my mobile but still its showing rabbish bin and its laying in inbox. Please help me to block permanently. Because of this i am facing the problem in my family. I already raise the compailnt but no response from your side. Reference number is pr[protected]. That disturbing no is [protected].

Please please help me.
