[Resolved] Airtel — Harassment by bharti airtel | |||
I ported my mobile no. [protected] from Airtel Postpaid to Idea prepaid in the month of April 2016. In first week of April, I talked to Airtel customer care and asked about my dues and paid all my dues as told by customer care executive. But today I got SMS from AD-ARWSVC that an amount of Rs. 400 is still pending for payment for mobile no. [protected]. I have no detail for such a large amount.
