Airtel — Harrassing me mentally and economically and doesn't provide solution even after a valid recharge done by me

On 18 October I have recharged with 99rs for data plan but due to airtels mismanagement I was unable to use it when I complained about it they haven't provided a solution and instead upgrade my no to postpaid and every time I complained just told me to wait and never give solution my money is wasted and I want strong action against them they Made my recharge invalid upgraded my no to postpaid without my consent and made me recharge again while migrating to prepaid and harrassing me mentally and economically
