[Resolved]  Airtel — Hd channels are not working in monsoon season (error code - b001 no signal)

My airtel digital customer id:[protected].

Every year in monsoon season, dish tv show b001 (No signals). From last two month i faced almost this issue. So i have complain via mail because on customer care number you have to wait infinite time for your turn and they are not provide or not give valuable answer. I have sent too many email to register my complaint and every time i have to repeat my issue.

On sunny day its working fine but in cloudy day its immediately show error code (Other channel services working fine in any season). After too many conversion, one day they told me to pay 150 rs for engineer visit but this issue is not from my side (I already mention issue). I waste totally two month hd channel subscription due to bas service. You have to upgrade your service.

If you could not change your service then let me know, i will move to other channel service.
