I and my family are using airtel.
We are facing slow network bandwidth since years and now it's very slow even I can't send messages to anyone through whatsapp or other applications.
So I wrote a complaint request to Airtel, but I shocked after so many follow-ups I didn't get a single reply from airtel.
It seems they doesn't want to give any resolution then why everything when you call to them and try to talk with them, they ask us to connect through mail and here they are not replying.
I need a solution as me and my all villager's facing this issue's. Even they can't make a call from inside their rooms.

Hi, we are facing internet issue in my area (pin code: 854115, Po-Binjee, Ps-Korha, Katihar, Bihar)
since years, we raised issue on Airtel thanks app but no response yet, or we got the same response every time as "we are working on the issues, we will get back to you soon".
But after some times we started facing the same issues. We have already followed up many times, but at the end we didn't get any permanant solution yet.
Issue is that we are not able to send even a single message on whatsapp, there is very slow bandwidth in this area. We try to connect to customer many times but sadly there is no permanent solution we get yet.
I am not the only one who faces this issue, there are many more who have already raised there complaint also but got the same feedback. 🥺🙄🙄
Please try to solve this as soon as you can, because of this many people are started to use Jio network, is it good news for largest network Airtel?
As we are moving to 5G and still we are stuck on 4G at remote areas. Is this the achievement???
I don't think so... We hope you people will try to solve this problem at your earliest.
