Been complaining to Airtel since a month but no resolution. Every day I get calls from Airtel regarding recharge offers even though DND is activated

    I have been a satisfied customer with (Airtel india) since long time. My mobile number is ([protected]) but i regret to inform you that nowadays i am having difficulty in conversations due to poor network reception. This unwanted obstruction posing lots of inconvenience for me.

    In this situation, i would request you to take necessary actions to resolve this problem as early as possible.

      I have paid to airtel bb on 26 July and yet the connection is not installed. Local team is not responding properly. And as per them my area is too far to provide connection though they visited prior to making payment and now delaying connection.
      I am talking almost daily with customer care and everyday my call is being kept on hold for more than 30 mins to get a supervisor on call and raise a cancellation request.
      Requesting you to cancel the connection and refund me in full.

              We have registered many complaints regarding the issue with their services some of the SR are mentioned below:
              1. SR [protected] was raised on 25th May which was not resolved and closed by your team intentionally.
              2.SR [protected] was raised on 28th May which was not resolved and closed by your team intentionally.
              3.SR [protected] was again escalated on 31st May which was not resolved and closed by your team intentionally.
              4.SR [protected] was raised on 1st Jun which was not resolved and closed by your team intentionally.
              5.SR [protected] was raised on 4th Jun which was not resolved and closed by your team intentionally (Technician visited but issue was not resolved)
              6. SR [protected] was raised on 7th Jun which was not resolved and closed by your team intentionally.
              7. SR [protected] was raised on 10th Jun which was not resolved and closed by your team intentionally.( again escalated for next day but not resolved)
              8. SR [protected] was raised on 13th Jun which was not resolved and closed by your team intentionally.
              9. SR [protected]was raised on 16th Jun which was not resolved and closed by your team intentionally.( again escalated for next day but not resolved)
              10. SR [protected] was raised on 18th Jun which was not resolved and closed by your team intentionally. same was escalated for a week but no resolution
              11. SR [protected] was raised on 28th Jun which was not resolved and closed by your team intentionally.( again escalated for next day but not resolved)
              12. SR [protected] was raised on 2nd jul which was not resolved and closed by your team intentionally.

              but no body is taking any action on the same.
              On 27 Jul we asked for disconnection then the Aplete team called us and they asked me to wait for 5-6 days to get the issue resolve . In this period airtel suspended our services as asking for the charges for disconnection also AND asking the bill for last month with late payment charges.

                I wish to share my experience with Airtel mobile service when roaming internationally.

                I must have used roaming in about 8 countries over the past 10 years. It worked reasonably well, until this trip. in June July 2022.

                I bought international roaming for the USA for Rs. 4000 plus taxes. It allowed 5 GB of data and 500 minutes of call (either to Indian phones or local USA phones), and 100 free SMS, as I usually do.

                This time I was frustrated because the internet connection was so slow, that it is not practical to use that for anything except WhatsApp.

                Whatsapp works. Well not as good as it used to work before in USA or India, it is slow but not frustrating.

                Why does it works, when other internet websites like google maps are impossibly slow?
                Beat me! there must be some commercial consideration between Airtel and Whatsapp.

                Phone and SMS worked fine - whether to India or USA.

                In 24 days I have not been able to consume even half a GB of data out of my 5GB quota.

                Now using Google Maps for directions or finding locations of places, and addresses is impossible. - something you need so many times in a day. Making restaurant / hotel reservations - is impractical. Forget airline booking, even checking the flight status.

                I called the helpline - but it was of no real help. They gave some stupid suggestions like restarting your mobile, or taking out the sim and re-insert. Nothing worked. Then they said that you must be in a remote part of the USA, and that is funny because I am in San Francisco, 8 miles from the city center, in the densest population. Besides in 2015, 2016, and 2017 I used the same airtel connection, same number, same city, visiting the same places all over the city.

                Frankly, I have been duped.

                  Not Disconnecting Broadband Connect and sending bills every month

                  Another fraud ISP in our country. There is a cyber law in our country but companies like airtel or Bharti Airtel don't even care about these laws.

                  I am airtel user for mobile as well as broadband. I have relocated from one city to another and because of the same reason I placed a request to disconnect my broadband in May this year.

                  May, June, July and now Aug but this connection is not yet disconnected and they...

                    I am using airtel sim from 8years ([protected]). Suddenly signal lost 3weeks before. I tried to talk with customer care. They are not solved problem. I went to offline store. They said need proofs. I gave my proofs. They are saying owner is different person. They said need that person proofs. They entered wrong details when I took sim may be. I connected my alll banking and all stuff with that number. It's very important to me. Airtel is not help and not investing anything about it

                      I recharged my prepaid Sim with Rs.699 plan (3GB/DAY) + 56 days prime membership, But unable to activate it on my Airtel Thanks App. The logo is Blurred(claim button) I called many times to the customer care but they didn't have any resolution.

                        I am a student residing in Guwahati, Assam. Few days ago, my airtel xtreme fiber connection went off. I wondered why until I saw a message from airtel that services are down due to technical issues and that it'll be resolved by around 8 pm. I felt relieved. I received another text, saying that it is expected to be resolved by 10pm. Nothing. Next day, I got another text saying it'll be resolved by 8 am and then again at 1pm noon. Since then I haven't received one text from Airtel and my internet connection still isn't up yet. Went to the thanks app to raise a complaint(service request), someone called the very next hour. He asked where I lived, I gave him my complete details, but he, without my knowledge, ended the call. i range hin multiple times but didn't recieve. Till now, I have made service request for the third time, again, he didn't answer my call. As a last resort, I rang the Airtel executive who did my xtreme fiber connection. He's a friendly guy (driven by my initial impressions). I told him about the issue, he said its a technical issue and that my connection will be up soon. But it was 2 days already and it isn't fixed yet. 2 days may not seem much for common people. But I am an aspiring student. I have my classes going on regularly, but due to the pathetic customer care service, my productivity has been extremely low. Moreover, cellular data isn't fast enough in my area. Hardly 800KBp/s.

                        If anyone's reading this from airtel, please help me out.

                          I recharged my airtel broadband fibre with Rs 9619 for 1 year in 21st November 2021, which should be valid until 21st Nov 2022. On 26th July I planned to upgrade my plan to 200Mbps for a year so I payed Rs 9821 for benefits like Amazon prime & etc. Then later I came to know from customer care than benefits are given only within a year of connection(I didn't got those benefits in my app) so I asked him to reduce my plan back to 100Mbps. Now the validty for my plan is showing 6 Oct 2023 which is wrong. I payed 202 rupees more ( Rs[protected] my plan should be valid until end of November (more than my previous validity date 21st November). I have called 5-6 times talked to shivam, Praveen, etc this whole week but no corrective action is taken yet. Kindly increase my validity or refund my amount back i.e. Rs9821.

                            I bought new replacement sim card on April, last week i came to oman for 1 month stay, when i reach muscat airport i got network connection, after i left muscat airport to another area "sohar", i lost the network connection. When i raised the complaint with Airtel, they said issue will be resolved within 1st august 2022, without any further intimation my complaint closed. Today they are telling my sim card damaged due to circuit issue, am not understanding what they are talking, am using iPhone, if circuit issue means how the phone will be in usable condition. I have enough balance and annual pack subscription with roaming pack. My mobile number [protected].

                                  Dear Team,

                                  My Fastag ID: 34161FA820328AA02D5EF00 issued from Airtel Payments Bank for my hatchback KA53MA4430 has been blacklisted since they chose to move from Airtel Wallet to Digital Payments bank and they blacklisted the tag.

                                  I have been paying double toll since Jun 2022 and i have raised two complaints, the most recent is with case ID : 16485628 which has been open since 2nd Jul 2022 and it is not resolved. I have provided them with every single documentation and multiple times and also have been on calls with them every second day asking for updates and they ask me to wait for 48 working hours.

                                  I have spent an entire month waiting for a resolution and i dont trust that they would ever resolve this issue. Just to hear that they need additional 48 hours.

                                  I also have an older case number 16409530 for the same issue that has also not been resolved.

                                  Need your quick help in getting the Fastag deactivated and help me by allowing me to create a fastag from any other vendor.

                                    Airtel has given an offer that "If you recharge 100 Rs 12 months then Life time incoming free" And I have recharged every month of Rupees 100 for 12 months . Initial days it was fine and it was not asking for me to Recharge .
                                    Now a days it is forcing me to Recharge .

                                    When I enquired in Customer Care they said - Plan keeps changing
                                    if this is the case then why do you give such offers.

                                      I recently recharged my Airtel mobile number through Amazon pay for 455 plan..the amount has been deducted from my account but the recharge is not reflecting in my number.I contacted Airtel customer support but they don't think the problem is with them and they didn't receive the amount for recharge.Could you please check what could be the problem? And refund the amount to my original method of payment
