Airtel — I am complaining about their bill structure | |
I had airtel’s broadband for 5 years and they were never resolving problems of net not working. Finally I changed broadband to hathway and the day I was changing and disconnecting the connection I paid the due amount confirming from their site and customer executives. But after a month they started messaging and calling that there is still due amount left while I was not even using the connection. They are really irritating and not customer friendly Please help Was this information helpful? | |
